Clean, friendly staff, monorail station is attached to the hotel so makes getting more central easy. Free parking and plenty of it. Hotel decor is lovely. Was upgraded when checking in which is always good. Plenty of options for food inside.
No tea and coffee facilities in room. Towels were charged every day even though we hung them up so defeated having a sign about reusing towels in the bathrooms, seems a waste.
Cleanliness of the room and the space.
The construction around, made it really crowded.
Nothing really. Pools were closed. Construction was loud and miserable and I had few, if any, reasonable choices for my severe food allergy. Gluten Free. I did love the girls at the Monorail ticket counter.
This hotel was miserable. Construction made wait times to get on the elevator long!! The staff was constantly trying to upgrade us for things for a room in a different tower for $15 a day and a late check for $59. I will never stay there again!
It was beautiful
Rooms were very clean!
Under major renovation at the moment, getting off the elevators was a challenge.
