The jetted tub and the size of the room was perfect for a fun night in vegas and for the price!!!
Over two hours to check in, plus holding deposit on my English Card, then the room absolutely not what it is sold online, my room was on the second floor with the smallest window ever facing a wall at 4pm my room was fully dark, ask to move room and this all experience took another extra hours and charge to my account, horrible and painful
The entire process, selling online room with vies at a decent price to end up in a basement everything was too much, staff are just not helping at all, fully disappointed
This hotel was fabulous! Clean, fun, huge, and the staff was so accommodating! This was one for the books for us! Best trip ever!
Rooms were dated, small and not the cleanest.
I traveled for work so in terms of accessibility to what I needed - it worked out well. Our trade show was in the conference center on site. Wifi is free and accessible throughout the hotel. I was unable to partake in many of the amenities due to my work schedule. For my short term stay (3 days, 2 nights) the room had what I needed. I was also able to access my room by 11:30AM of check in day which was convenient. The hotel has tons of restaurants and the pool area looked nice.
My room was located across from the elevators so it was loud whenever the cars arrived to the floor. Whenever nearby hotel room doors opened/closed I would hear that loudly as well. The bathroom in my room was small with 1 light that had horrible lighting. The shower stall felt like one that you'd use in a gym locker room. I dropped the soap by accident and when I picked it up, someone else's hair was on it... The desk chair in my room was very worn down and when I sat in it, it felt like I almost fell through as the cushion was barely there. The window provided minimal lighting in an already minimally naturally lit setting (casinos, etc.).
The MGM Grand Hotel and Casino is one of the premier hotels located on the famed Las Vegas Strip. The sheer size of the MGM Grand is impressive -- with 6,852 rooms, it is the largest single hotel in the entire U.S. The hotel boasts 30 floors with a number of different ways to beat the Nevada heat, including five outdoor pools and water features like rivers and waterfalls that cover a grand total of 6.6 acres of real estate. Other amenities include the Grand Spa, several shops, nightclubs, and restaurants all located on the property.
In addition to its many facilities, the MGM Grand is known just as much for its incredible casino. Here, guests can try their luck on all of the traditional casino games like blackjack, poker, roulette, craps, and slot machines. Gamblers of all budgets are welcome as well, as games range from penny slots to high-stakes tables. The casino never closes so visitors can cash in their chips anytime day or night.
Even if you aren't a gambler, there are plenty of other ways for travelers to keep themselves entertained at the MGM Grand. There is Brad Garret's Comedy Club, David Copperfield Theater with the famed magician, Ka theater with Cirque du Soleil performances, the MGM Grand Garden Area, and the Jabbawockeez theater that hosts performances by the world-famous dance group.
Finally, there are several dining options located all within the walls of the MGM Grand. These range from quick and casual eateries like TAP Sports bar all the way to fine dining provided by Emeril Lagasse and Wolfgang Puck. Whether guests are coming for some family fun or a wild bachelor party weekend, the MGM Grand is an ideal place to stay.
