Will Be Back!
Outstanding staff and customer service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect location on the Strip without the price of a luxury strip casino. The little casino was and food options were good too!
One suggestion - Don't book a room on the south side of the hotel unless you want to see and hear the trash compactor at work early in the morning at a neighboring hotel.
Location, small feeling of old vegas!
Hard to get a cab around back
Convention, Family, Fun
I enjoyed the location of the Casino Royal. It was perfectly situated to all the major hotels. I was able to easily get to a couple of the larger hotels where my convention was being held. I also enjoyed the fact that an Outback Steakhouse restaurant was attached, and a Ben and Jerrys. The Outback Steakhouse provide a great menu and atmosphere for dining. The room was very nice though small. However, it provided all that I needed to enjoy my stay: a fridge, keurig coffee/tea maker, counter space, desk etc. It was very clean too.
Since I am not a smoker, having to navigate the casino to get to the rooms made it a bit challenging with all the cigarette smoke. Other than that all was good.
Scummy Casino, Super Close to Everything.
Location is perfect. Room was clean. Cleaning Lady didn't steal, did a great job. Ladies walking the Casino floor were VERY helpful and fun, directing me to the fun games and being enjoyable to speak with.
Broke the toilet handle, couldn't flush without some work. Broke the shower handle, couldn't turn off the water without lots of struggle. Casino is aged. Construction. Lady working the lobby was not easy to speak with, not really a fun person, you could tell she was tired of being there.
Pretty good
Lobby hasn't been updated in years but rooms are comfortable and clean. Walk to rooms is much better then larger hotels. Could use a update on gaming and food area. Color scheme has been same for years.
The hotel was great, a little smaller than the other hotel's on the strip but this hotel has reasonable food options and is accesssible to the strip right across the street from the Mirage.
You couldn't find the hotel parking area. Need better signs or directions to get to the parking lot.
The rooms were nice, had a fridge, a safe, a nice tv, etc.
There is construction and you have to park in back. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was a taxi circle- which there isn't. We asked the staff to have a taxi waiting for us at a particular time, and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to walk to a different hotel to get the taxi. If they aren't going to have a good way to get into the hotel- they need to do a better job ensuring people can get taxis to go where they need to be.
Location, location, location. Las Vegas tourists, couples, gamblers, weekend partiers, and even business travelers looking to stay right in the middle of the Strip for an affordable price will find all they desire at Best Western Plus Casino Royale.
The location of the hotel doesn’t get any more convenient in Las Vegas. It is right in the middle of the Strip neighboring Treasure Island and the Venetian, across the street from the Mirage, and right near Harrah’s. A free shuttle takes guests to and from the airport, while Sands Convention Center is a five-minute cab ride away.
Staying in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip offers enough amenities to keep all travelers busy day and night, but the hotel offers some great on-site amenities as well. There are several restaurants on-site including fine dining options, an Outback Steak, and an array of fast-food and snack options, including Subway, a pizza place, a snack bar, and Ben and Jerry’s. On-site there is also an outdoor pool with plenty of shaded areas for escaping the Vegas heat, a basic fitness center, coffee shop, and small but adequate business center. The casino is known for low-limit tables right on the Strip.
The 152 rooms were renovated in 2012 and are exceptionally clean and modern. Amenities include basics like mini-fridges and Keurigs and cover all necessities of travelers. Soundproof windows were installed which helps keep the bustling Strip out of the rooms.
Las Vegas offers a plethora of activities for every traveler, and with a stay at Best Western Plus Casino Royale, guests get the luxury of being right in the middle of it all.
