Pros: I love the venetian. Yes. I booked a room with the Venetian a king-size suite. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that they did not have my room but that they would put me at a different hotel called the Palazzo. I was given a handicap room.see below

Cons: Continued. I was placing a handicap room that was definitely smaller than the sweet I had paid for in advance at the Venetian. After two phone calls my room was eventually switch back to the correct hotel. This experience I should never have again.

Pros: Solid service and outstanding location

Cons: An in-room coffee/tea maker would be a welcome addition.

Cons: Room was tucked in way in the back, missing shower rug, one of the washcloth looked like a rag.

Cons: Very disappointing. Expensive and NOT WORTH IT. it gives Wyndham a bad name. Staff recommended a breakfast restaurant. We walked three blocks is the rain to find it closed on Sunday. So we walked back three blocks in the rain. Got soaked and cold.

Cons: A little dusty in the unexpected areas who don't need cleaning every day like the light in the toilet etc. We couldn't walk from the pool to a restaurant for a casual meal.

Pros: We finally got rooms at 5:35 PM, no apologies . Asked for the manager, Molly responded and she had zero managerial skills. Emailed her our concerns, and her response was more aggressive than her attitude. We were given one temporary room which we spent ten minutes in that room. We left a pair of Mont Blonc sunglasses , makeup kit in the room. They were never recovered. How does that happen? Theft? Prior to reservation I personally called the front desk, and made sure we have access to the small lounge at the Encore towers, and we were assured with our three rooms that was the case, however we were denied access. Spent 5 thousand at this hotel , a disaster of a trip. We had stayed here several time’s before, and it was never like this. The rates we paid were beyond people pay for rooms in Vegas. They are so cheap, they have taken all complementary coffee arrangements out of the rooms.

Pros: The hotel is very elegant with very clean spaces and rooms.

Cons: Distance from main strip areas was our only concern, however, rideshare services were abundant and well organized at Encore. The price is also very high due to the type of property.

Cons: The staff was rude to me treat me like I was asking for free staying, we request early heck in and arrived around 8am they said it was $40 extra and I said ok but we waited until 12:30 to get our room so it was actually less that 2 hours for the supposed early check in!!! Terrible! They offered water to almost every guest but never to me or my family never nice or a dignity treated Karla was the first lady to attend and was very rude One last thing NEVER AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL!

Cons: At check in we asked if there was any chance of upgrading. We were told yes but it would be an hour wait which we agreed to. Imagine our surprise when we checked into the room and it was exactly the same as the one we had booked. An hour wait for nothing. On entering the room we noticed a big stain next to the side of the bed which looked like blood, approx 20cm in width. We called guest services who said they would send someone up to clean it so we went out. We got back into our room later that night to find they had tried to clean the stain which looked even more like blood now , couldn't get it out so had just covered it with a towel! I rang guest services again and expressed our concern at this and were told we could not change rooms that night and would have to wait until the next day. So the next morning we went at the time they told us to guest registration to change rooms. We had to vacate our room, return the keys before they would give us a new room. So we did that, got into our new room to find they have now given us a room facing the highway as opposed to the view of the pool. So basically we got a worse room because the room we originally had , had a large blood stain on the carpet. The hotel were not really concerned at all with our issue with the room and quite dismissive of the problem. We were really polite and it seems that being understanding really doesn't make a difference as we clearly weren't valued guests. On check out we again checked out booking to see we had breakfast included in our stay and yet we were not given any information on this when checking in on how to access this or get breakfast. The rooms were old and run down, wood coming apart from the bottom of bathroom doors, carpet old. We were so disappointed as this was a part of our honeymoon we were looking forward to staying at Caesars Palace and it was the biggest let down of our whole trip.

Cons: Casino croupiers are rude (this is the same just about everywhere - Its like when you make a small win your are taking money from their pocket - Get staff with personality and teach them to be nice. For a service industry why would I tip poor service and grumpy people. Casino full of smoke and unbearable - get out of the last century. Drink prices ridiculously expensive. Food prices expensive. Would not go back again..

Pros: I liked the ambiance of this hotel. Very nice interior design and atmosphere.

Cons: Everything is way overpriced. Cheapest meals are in the food court. Place is very overcrowded and staff will solicit events that are impossible to get into for free.

Pros: Every detail was covered with care. However some of the guests still smoke in rooms classified as non smoking. The smell permeates everywhere.

Cons: The smoking and the very very cheap toilet paper used thru the premises. Ugh

Pros: Bed could Be more comfortable along with the pillows. Bathroom ceiling had a large amount of paint peeling from the ceiling...look neglected..

Cons: Don’t nickel and dime your customers with overpriced room drinks and snacks... Excessive fee’s for example the RESORT TAX!

Pros: Spacious comfortable room. Fabulous view. Room exceeded expectations. Staff all very polite and helpful.

Cons: Filthy windows which spoilt the wonderful view of the fountains a little. Bits of half eaten bird outside on the window ledge

Cons: Really inflexible staff, old room furnitures, we have much higher expectation for a 4.5stars hotel in Vegas. But it was super disappointed

Cons: I was very upset when we walked up to the counter and I was told we did not have a reservation. Then I was told we had reservations at a different hotel. Nobu hotel was the hotel and we had to go check in at that hotel. Nobu is located within Caesars.

Pros: Iconic Vegas hotel. Good location center strip.

Cons: Hotel is showing some serious wear and tear. Parking is expensive. Elevators are beat up with duct tape holding things together in the Forum Tower. Spa is showing its age. Lots of casino slots had blank screens with Out of Order on them.

Pros: Casino was great, room and housekeeping staff were great.

Cons: Staff in reception/check in area were awful. Both days we were there we had issues with our room keys and parking after checking out all 3 incidents they make us feel like we were the problem and as if we were wasting their time. Last time staying here

Pros: Location to the strip was good - the service at Pub 365 was great. Dinner service at Marilyn's cafe was great.

Cons: The service at breakfast/lunch time at Marilyns was poor. The wait staff were disinterested in providing service unless asked.

Pros: Well kept outside areas make you think you are in a park like setting, not 12 minutes walk from the strip.

Cons: Staff may need to have more transit info handy for tourists. They don't appear to know about the SDX RTC bus option to Fremont St area.

Pros: Had breakfast at Marilyn's Café, and it was very good. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive.

Cons: The casino was under a reno of removing machines. Only about half of it was up and running. Anxious to come back and see what new machines they may have put in.
