Service was terrible, very limited employees and it reflects on the service level. Also it is a W and it is supposed to be Bonvoy part of Marriott but it is not!

Pros (+) The Suites were big and had a second half bathroom. Bathrooms were very nice. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
