I was offered a complimentary breakfast at the buffet, because when I checked in one of the key cards given to me did not work when I went to go use it.
I had my 90 year old grandfather with me and I had to leave him alone and he had to wait while I went back down 24 floors to the lobby to get the situation corrected, this resulted in time lost and rather an inconvenience for both myself and the hotel.
I asked for extra pillow to help my stay more comfortable, and received them within minutes.
There was more then several escalators not working , which was an issue for me, however I experienced when checking in how to use my premier Trollope AAA card discount, which the check in cashier basically could not help me with that , which was very disappointing
Location, staff was friendly
only one elevator was working.
The cost of adding 1 day to my trip
Decent value for money.
Not many good quality fast food choices. Better at other properties. Property is showing its age.
