Cons: Food at the Buffet was just ok. Dim sum wasn’t served with mustard or Chili sauce. When I asked they Bro it Tabasco and Tapatio sauces. Fried chicken looked delicious but was dry. Seafood selection was ok but the carving station meat selection was great! Valet was good except at checkout when it took over 30 minutes and there was only one other person waiting for their car and I called from the room.

Pros: We finally got rooms at 5:35 PM, no apologies . Asked for the manager, Molly responded and she had zero managerial skills. Emailed her our concerns, and her response was more aggressive than her attitude. We were given one temporary room which we spent ten minutes in that room. We left a pair of Mont Blonc sunglasses , makeup kit in the room. They were never recovered. How does that happen? Theft? Prior to reservation I personally called the front desk, and made sure we have access to the small lounge at the Encore towers, and we were assured with our three rooms that was the case, however we were denied access. Spent 5 thousand at this hotel , a disaster of a trip. We had stayed here several time’s before, and it was never like this. The rates we paid were beyond people pay for rooms in Vegas. They are so cheap, they have taken all complementary coffee arrangements out of the rooms.

Pros: The location was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the ability to text anything you needed. We used it twice, once for towels and another time for extra blankets and each time they were delivered to our room quickly. We stayed in the Augustus Tower which had a nice location near the entrance/exit of the hotel. It's nice not having to walk all the way through the casinos just to get to your rooms.

Cons: Our rooms included breakfast in the price, however we needed to go to the concierge to ask how we redeem this. Instead of a set breakfast we were given some restaurants that we could visit in the morning and told that we will get $10 off each per day. Not a huge amount when the restaurants at Caesars are very overpriced! Coffee machine in the room but you even had to pay for the coffee pods!

Pros: Great location, very nice room, lots of extra services and amenities if you want them. Caesar's is a major entertainment location, so its a great launch pad for your on-strip stay.
Cons: This is a problem perhaps with all of the Strip, but it was a lot of money just for the room, and then it was a whole lot more money to enjoy any of the advantages a room like this affords you. The high price only buys you the room itself, but every service and amenity seems to be a large up-charge, including the fitness center and parking, which the other hotels I stayed in this week gave for free to verified hotel guests. Feel like verified hotel guests at Caesar's should either get a discount, or at least some sort of preferential service at on-site restaurants, shows, etc. Would have been better off booking at any of the cheaper hotels adjacent to the Caesar's property, parking there for free, and just walking over.

Pros: The location was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the ability to text anything you needed. We used it twice, once for towels and another time for extra blankets and each time they were delivered to our room quickly. We stayed in the Augustus Tower which had a nice location near the entrance/exit of the hotel. It's nice not having to walk all the way through the casinos just to get to your rooms.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning or nitpicking. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

Cons: I was very upset when we walked up to the counter and I was told we did not have a reservation. Then I was told we had reservations at a different hotel. Nobu hotel was the hotel and we had to go check in at that hotel. Nobu is located within Caesars.

Cons: Due to unavoidable flight delays, unable to check in, we reached out to family already guests at hotel to advise reception of delay and to keep the room. Which they did and were told it would be noted on booking records. Hotel had our credit card details. On arrival the following day we were told the room was given away, we had a no show charge, there were now no rooms available and a total denial that they had been advised of our delay. They told us we would need to go to another sister hotel 30mins walk from this one where our family were all staying. After the family member pointed out the member of staff they had advised (who had been serving us the whole time) they admitted they remembered and there was a back track. We eventually got the room back but it left a very disappointing experience for us.

Pros: Location is great. Great restaurants around. It's a smaller hotel, so its not so busy as the other big hotel/resorts. Right on the strip. If you are into hiphop there is a club called Drais that is in this hotel, so you do not have to travel far, they have great music and usually have artists perform.
Cons: We booked a King room, but they did not have that room type available when we arrived, so they gave us a double queen room, but we still paid the same price for the King. The rooms have very dull lighting.

Cons: We thought your lighting was not enough. To dark in the room. We found places in the vanity that hadn’t been dusted for awhile. Previous customers cotton balls also left behind. No refrigerator (except the one with the overpriced amenities). No coffee pot. Don’t like to have to leave the room for my first cup of coffee. No laundry bag. Don’t have an idea of what a $41.95 resort fee covered. No body mentioned what was available.

The room was very clean like our own little studio apartment with a fully furnished kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and the water got hot quick in the bathroom. We love all the new renovation

I wish they had a later breakfast or a brunch special for News Years Day for us late sleepers because making it from 7am to 9:30am after getting in at 3am by the time we got home from Strip was not happening lol and our room was by the pool so I could hear the maids carts roll by in the mornings which was a little loud...

Cons: At a rate you can easily find a good room in vegas, they had no heat until temperature outside dropped below 55 which barely happened early morning and slept all night in chill. No help. Stone age in hospitality business. Checked out and moved to another hotel.

Cons: The entrance of the hotel was not easy to find, needs better signage. The elevators were very slow. The supposedly additional ones did not work the first day we were there. The view from our room was the roof top of some lower buildings, not "pretty". The $39.68 resort fee per day was outrageous when it only covers wifi for 2 devices, my husband & I both have a phone and I couldn't use my iPad after we were both logged in. The pool was closed for maintenance!

But if you aren't picky and don't mind clean but old, I thought the room was perfectly adequate for the price. But I had low and easily met expectations and am not picky. The rooms were basic but clean. The sink, toilet, and shower were clean. The shower was hot. Most important to me was that the bedding sheets felt crisp and clean. The staff was friendly. Friendliness extended to the restaurant, but at least in the bar on the night I went service was non-existent. We had to get up and go to the bar to get our drinks. But they were super busy and friendly, so it didn't bother me. Had I wanted service, I would have been displeased. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

But if you aren't picky and don't mind clean but old, I thought the room was perfectly adequate for the price. But I had low and easily met expectations and am not picky. The rooms were basic but clean. The sink, toilet, and shower were clean. The shower was hot. Most important to me was that the bedding sheets felt crisp and clean. The staff was friendly. Friendliness extended to the restaurant, but at least in the bar on the night I went service was non-existent. We had to get up and go to the bar to get our drinks. But they were super busy and friendly, so it didn't bother me. Had I wanted service, I would have been displeased. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
Cons: Carpet was bubbled in the hallways. Permanent numbers were papered over. The entry door to my room gapped at the top and bottom. If privacy were a concern that might have been an issue for me, but I was by myself, so I didn't care.

Cons: We were dissapointed with the room. It was an unfinished remodel that didnt have curtains and smelled like paint. The ac didn''t really work and we slept with the patio door open to help with the smell of paint and the over all stuffieness of the room

Cons: The location, the pool was under construction, the restaurant opened after 12 pm and the area was bad. The hotel had a mold smell to it and the elevators were broken down

Cons: The hotel is old and out dated, lots of things don’t work properly... I had a plumbing issue in my room that to way to long to be fixed... there are so many hotels to choose from - I will definitely not be returning to this one, sorry.

Cons: The inside of the rooms are extremely old and have not been updated in what looks like to 30 years. Bed very old also. Cereal dispenser barely working. I had to keep hitting it with my hand to try to get the cereal to come out. Again breakfast area very dated and looks to not have been updated in 30 years. Hotel is old and tired. Needs a renovation!

Cons: The check in time was far to late in the evening.The check in was a long wait for such a small place. People seen me waiting in line walked up to the counter as was helped before me and instead of the staff explaining to them their were other people ahead of them they proceeded to assist which took extra long time. Free breakfast was included only thing was there was no selection of anything a few red apples and 3 waffle machines... I don't consider this a breakfast. Also the TV In the what would be considered a living area did not work nor would it turn off with the one remote provided. The wifi password did not work as well.
