Resort fee is a scam. If it's required why is it not included in the price of the hotel.
The room service pepole for dining wasn't politely and after one hour when we called and asked for our food they told if you are not happy for delay you can cancel it . It was 10 pm so as we cancel the order as we had no other option and they did not care that we have 2 small kids . When we called to hotel front desk for problem and what happend they to kitchen is not their responsibility! So most important is gambling there than people who goes for vacation! Also they charge resort fee that don't make sense for$45/night and for more benefits they add tax also if you Google it you will see it is not fair .
Room was amazing
Could have had a fridge and a microwave
loved really everything!
hmmm, nothing really
20 restaurants and none were very good. Very expensive and not great
Stunning view from a spectacular room. Spacious and comfortable.
Love the suites and the food options, also location is ideal and atmosphere is classy.
This was an incredible experience. Great hotel, staff, service. In room dining/room service was incredible.
This was a.
I was woken up three times even though I had a late checkout. Unacceptable.
I really enjoy this trip !
Ugh - +$48 resort fee per day!
I hate how deceitful these fees are. What I'm required to pay to stay should be in the KAYAK price. These mandatory extra fees are a joke. If I could choose to pay them and use the 'resort' that is OK but I'm required to pay to get wifi...and a few other lame excuses to rape me at the counter.
