We requested airport pick up and return, but was told we had to Uber to downtown location to both pick up and return. This was hard considering there were 6 of us with luggage! Cost us in Ubers to drive 5 miles, with no offer to assist by enterprise staff!Reviewed 28 Jun 2023

I will never use Kayak again to book a rental. I entered the dates of my trip but they defaulted to something else when I booked the trip and then I was unable to correct the dates and my money was not refundable. I have had great experience with Enterprise in the past, and purchased my current car from them, but this experience with Kayak has completely soured my feelings. I rebooked a rental though Hertz, and while it cost more, it was a great experience overall. I will book directly with Hertz for my future needs.Reviewed 27 Jun 2023

Would not rent a plug-in hybrid again. I spent money charging it at night and did not notice any benefit from it. The extra charge was used up within just a few miles each morning. Apart from that it was a nice vehicle.Reviewed 6 Feb 2023

Car was low mileage and upgraded us after some minor delays at pickup. Friendly staff and made sure that we had everything we needed. Maintenance alert was on as car needed an oil change. It did not disrupt our trip. We picked up car in SLC and dropped off in St. George. Would definitely choose Enterprise again.Reviewed 1 Nov 2022
