You said they were renting me a Tesla. They never had or will have a Tesla at that location for rental. They provided me the least expensive car they had after waiting for a return. Bait and Switch. Staff ignored me, was unhelpful and I ultimately had to rent a car through another agency because the “Couldn’t help me.” They were unwilling to change my reservation and unwilling to give me a refund for a reservation for a rental car that was accidentally placed a week later. Excellent service. Would not recommend renting EVs in general unless you have a dedicated place to charge. If you’re renting a vehicle for vacation I’d strongly recommend using a gas powered vehicle. Service at Hertz was amazing!Reviewed 22 Oct 2024

We booked a Nisson Rogue and the only choice we were given was a Dodge Durango. The rental consume much more fuel then the Nisson and we did not need the room of the Dodge. We opted to go directly to the car and bypass the counter as there was a long line at Hertz. That said, the Hertz staff when we were exiting the airport as well as the return staff were excellent and very professional.Reviewed 27 May 2024

I rented a car, prepaid and made the check in, all ready for just pick up and go, but when I arrived to the office, they told me that I had my license banned/blocked for a non-payment in a past claim damage, when supposedly was paid for my insurance company. I was hurry for get the car, so I didn't have time for ask to my insurance company what happened. It took me a couple hours even pay, because nobody knows why I was banned.Reviewed 29 Oct 2022
