The only complaint I have is I was unaware I could not use my Cash App debit card to pay for my rental at pick up. They do not accept Venmo cards either. Even if your name is printed on the card, their system thinks these are pre-paid cards and blocks the transaction. This was an issue for me because I had put the money intended for my rental in my Cash App account. That made pick up last longer for me. Everything else was great. The representatives at pick up and drop off were understabding and friendly. The car was in excellent condition and fit our needs perfectly. I will definitely use Alamo again.Reviewed 9 Feb 2023

Adam was very patience to teach us how to use the new technology of the car when we picked up the car. The car is very smooth when we drove it. It is a very good car! The lady ( I forgot her name) is very friendly when we drop off the car.Reviewed 1 Oct 2022
