Once I arrived home from picking up the rented vehicle, my wife and I started checking the car, cleaning, checking tire pressure. The back passenger tire had a screw in it and the tire pressure was low. My wife and I went to Discount Tire, had the tire repaired so our vacation should be with out tire issues. Had zero issues with the tires/vehicle while on vacation. Upon return, I mentioned the repair of the tire to fellow at enterprise and he helped me out with the rental price because of the tire. Made a reservation for a car, got a confirmation. Then on the day I was supposed to pick it up, got a phone call from Enterprise that they didn't have any more cars. They offered to call me if any came in, but I cancelled the reservation. They should never have confirmed my reservation.Reviewed 11 Oct 2022

A van that was not broke, wasting 3+ hours figuring out how to resolve it myself, and an unsympathetic branch that offered a measly 10% off the rental after having safety issues in a van with 3 adults and 4 children.Reviewed 20 Mar 2022

My flight was delayed and the counter closes at 11. I was stranded at the airport at 1 am. The phone representative for enterprise thought it was funny. He laughed out loud at my situation.Reviewed 18 Oct 2021

I wish I would’ve known what kind of car I was going to get before picking up. I was a little disappointed in the features. The lane departure warning kept making the steering wheel vibrate when I was in the middle of lanes, the radio didn’t have Apple car play so getting around in an unfamiliar area was more difficult.Reviewed 24 Aug 2021

Pros:Nothing, was unable to use EnterpriseCons:I booked reservation for 9pm. My flight was delayed 1.25h and when I arrived in Memphis, the Enterprise desk was closed. There was no warning or anything about it closing at 10p on the website or anything and at the desk no instructions on how to go about getting my rental from another desk. Had to walk around for an hour finding another rental place. At least 4 other parties were left stranded without rentals at 10p on a Thursday night.Reviewed 7 Jun 2021
