I had an SUV prepaid and reserved for a 10 AM pickup. When I got to the booth, I was told that there was a 90 minute to 2 hour delay. I waited over an hour then agreed to take a smaller car. I was told that there was no way to know when I could get the SUV I had paid for. There were 2 other people in front of me still waiting on SUV's. Then when I returned the car at 6 AM, they were not open. I had to drop it and hope it was still there and in good shape when they finally opened. DO NOT USE DOLLARReviewed 27 May 2023

I made a reservation months in advance through priceline and when I arrived there were several people ahead of me stranded. Dollar had no cars available and had made no attempts to alert people or make other plans. We were all just stranded. I ended up renting through another agency and now have to fight through priceline to get the refund for the portion prepaid. Breach of contract all around. They did not have a car for me when I checked in. They told me to wait two hours and they would call me. They never called and they did not answer the phone when I called them. I called Kayak and not even Kayak could get a hold of them. Also the waiting area was just the dirty parking garage wall.Reviewed 21 Feb 2023

This location was closed when we arrived because they ran out of cars, even though we had a reservation. We waited outside in the cold for 30 min before someone from Enterprise came over and told us. The people at Dollar didn't even leave a note. Unacceptable service.Reviewed 21 Feb 2022

First problem, they tooked confirmed reservations, but didnt have cars available to rent. I had to wait four and a half hours for a vehicle. Second problem., I had the car 3 days not 4, but not get s refund or apology for any of the problems I wii never use this service again.Reviewed 19 Dec 2021

The ladies at the desk were nice. However, I had to wait almost an hour for my car. I’m not quite for sure why I needed a paid reservation if my car isn’t going to be ready. I will definitely consider other rental companies if I have to wait that long.Reviewed 24 Nov 2021
