The facilities and security (checkpoint at entrance) were very well done. I liked the shuttle to Graceland Ticket Entrance, the live music in the lobby, the beautiful Christmas entrance decorations, the Elvis movie every night, and comfy room. Could be better for the price paid - free parking for guests (there is $10+tax for self parking), robes for guests, free water bottles for guests.
