Cons: Our Memphis flight came in at 2:35 Sunday afternoon and your kiosk closed at 2:00 pm. This was not mentioned at the time the reservations were being made.
Cons: We arrived an hour late due to circumstances beyond our control. As we arrived, we were told that they had closed at 2:00, though that was not mentioned anywhere in any of our email confirmations. Do you worker was rude and we had to rent from another company, even though we had already paid for our rental.
Cons: Upon pick up the credit card machine rejected two different cards. No chip had to slide. I called both banks thinking maybe a fraud alert. Nope. Machine issues. Took almost an hour to get it sorted out. Car was nearly new and nice once I got going.

Cons: Sirius/XM didnt work initially and the first customer service rep didnt know how to fix the problem. I paid for a day of xm service that I didnt get. The drop off was very disappointing. Only one person working at the airport dropoff location. I had to stand in line for nearly half an hour to turn the car in. Luckily I had enough time before my flight. Not everyone in line did.

Cons: Honestly this is a garbage company. Got to the desk and they offered me a "free upgrade". In stead of getting a jeep commander I got a nissan pathfinder (downgrade) I asked for the jeep and they said they did not have one. I called the second day to get some help with understanding why my bill estimate (they email it to you a day after renting) was almost double my original estimate. The automated system had no options to talk to a real person unless I wanted to extend my rental. I finally got someone on the phone and they said they could not help me but to call a different number, I called that number and guess what?! It was the same number phone portal. Got someone else on the phone and they said I needed to call the desk I rented it from. So I asked for that number and they said they could not provide it to me but would connect me. I sat on the phone for 45 minutes with no music or any indication I was actually calling anywhere other than a ring every few seconds. finally it answered "thank you for calling thrifty's rental records sections our hours are 2-4pm M-T. If you have reached us outside these hours please call again. Then it hung up. After two days of trying I finally got the hertz desk at memphis to pass a message to the thirfty desk in memphis to call me. They called me and I explained I was upset about the price and needed to know what it was coming from. They said they already had my credit hold and my signature accepting the car so the rate was the rate. The only way I could have changed it was within 3 hours of renting If I came back to the rental location and returned the car.... RIDICULOUS!
