Price wasn't what was quoted to me. I also was charged a whole extra day for having the car an additional 12 hours. It was fine I was charged an extra day but it was 2 times the price of the other 4 days. Other than that, I was satisfied with Hertz.2.0 Poor

Pros:
I didn't get to rent a truck because they don't accept debit cards without a bill. That is info that should be made known up front. I drive an hour to pick up my rental and when I get there sorry we can't accept a bed it card with out a past utility bill. So I'm not pleased at all with my experience and I will let people know my experience.8 travellers who rented a car in Jonesboro Airport gave the car agency they used an average rating of 4.7
