Pros: Nice room near to metro station not far from city centre

Pros: I stayed only one night at Motel One, so I cannot say much. However, I can certainly state that room and bathroom were perfectly fine and extremely clean. Remarkable shower, thumbs up! Quality sleep. I particularly appreciated the fact of being hosted in a room facing the inner courtyard and not the street - which is a busy street. The hotel is well located, short walking distance from the central train station, metro stations and all amenities. Certainly recommended!

Pros: We stayed for two nights in the hotel and everything was perfect. Andreas made the check-in in the reception and he was really polite and helpful, he answered to all our questions and give us all needed information about the hotel facilities and tips for the city. For this reason directly due to the really nice welcoming of Andreas our stay in the hotel began really positive. Thank you! The hotel is located centrally and also has an awesome cafe/bar area. The rooms are clean and equiped with all the needed. I would recommend the hotel and definetely book it again.

Pros: The hotel is located right in the middle of all the touristy sights you want to see in the grand place. The staff is great they speak English and 7 other different languages. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.
Cons: What I didn't like was that breakfast was not included and the city tax you have to paid at the end of your stay. City tax is about 4.75 euros per day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, friendly staff and a wide range of breakfast options
Cons: Only that there were no coffee or tea facilities in the room, and we could smell cigarette smoke in our room on occasions

Pros: location of the hotel was superb, check-in & check-out both were quick and easy, presence of the luggage room for dropping off personal belongings prior to checking-in of after checking-out made us more flexible in time, so it was fine. Sound insulation was fine.
Cons: Regardless of the fact that there were 3 of us in a triple room, bedroom facilities were incomplete (5 pillows instead of 6) and bathroom ones - exactly for for 2 (!!!) guests. Toilet bowl was installed in a strange way, that might made the process of using it problematic with a bigger-than-average people. Paper glasses with not even a plastic spoons aren't the best possible part of the room inventories

Pros:
Cons: Everything in this hotel very good, the room is spacious, the shower room is big enough for two people and it has a tub and separate from shower room according to my humble opinion they did great design for this point.
The rest room is separate from shower, tub, and sink section so good privacy, so if there are 2 people one of them want to use the toilet and the 2nd want to take a shower the both can do it in the same time.
The bed is very comfortable except I prefer if they put two kinds of pillows one hard and one soft.
The down side of this hotel and hope they will correct it is the complementary like tea or coffee is free cause they gave us one bag of black tea and one bag of green tea and if you need more you should pay and I don't think the tea expensive especially I use to go to different hotels in USA this stuff is free.

Pros: Location was excellent and the room was very clean
Cons: Corridors were stinking badly. And yet they have charged us 7,50€ for the early arrival to the hotel. Since the room was reserved for 15:00H. İs it a normal procedure? I have not experienced it before.

Enterior of the lobby is very nice old with the piano that our daughter loved to play every day. Room spacious and clean.
Cons: Room lights-there is no posobility to have a normal light in the room-just few lamps. Very very bad at night. Breakfast poor with very difficult service (if you want for example fried eggs or omlete you have to explain to joung waiters why, when as he said you have eggs on the table-that are made from industrial powder). They don’t ask you for tea or coffee also. It’s very unusual for 5stars hotel. District full of poor and homeless people, that is very unsecure feeling after 8 pm when shops closes. No any activities in the hotel or recomendations for the City visiting from the receptionists or anybody so you have to plan all sightseeing for yourself.

Pros: Location was great. Right in the middle of Brussels, close to the most picturesque spot. I like check in personnel, ready to offer support and reply to any question. The room was quiet, well insulated.
Cons: The property was under renovation and this was not mentioned on the internet. I was informed about it by e-mail two days prior to check in, when cancellation was not possible. Reception was below any standard at this level. At the executive floor, the cleanness was poor (glasses with fingerprints, waste basket fool to the top), and the amenities were lacking except for the coffee. Cleaning was performed, obviously, once a day, in the morning and refill or cleaning during the day was not a concern at this property. Overall, the price vs. quality was far from satisfactory.

Cons: I think on the daily basis they should make a slight change in their menu for the buffet breakfast. Everyday it was exactly the same. Breakfast is open 6:15 and they should be ready at 6:15, the hot food was not ready till 6:40, chef was still preparing.
I was with a Globus tour in Amsterdam, Luxemburg and the 2 hotels there had a slight change in their menu.
Radisson should get a sophisticated coffee machine so people can help themselves that way you don't have to ask them for coffee and it would help a busy day.
It was very chaotic, short of staff several days in the breakfast restaurant, , everybody was running around then accidents occurred spilling coffee, crashing plates. Tables were not cleaned off so it was difficult to find a table. I understand that at times understaffing occurs, I think days like this they should have a sign Please wait to be seated, so they could get a table ready for the amt. of customers to be seated. As people were let in freely, we're looking for a clean table and it was difficult to find one so I landed up cleaning my table plus got my own coffee. I felt it was ok to help out a little bit.
They have a ledge anywhere from 2 1/2-3 inches high before going into the bathroom which doesn't make sense why they have it, it serves no purpose and certainly does not help the décor. I think it is very dangerous especially at night. I kicked it on the first day 3 times and then I put a colorful luggage strap on the floor and left the light on.
2 other couples stumbled on it, laid a towel to even it out, taped some paper across as a reminder that the ledge was there.

4.0 Okay
Pros: I thought the breakfast was nice, and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: I had to ask to switch my room twice as I found the rooms depressing and not light or big enough. The room temperature was very cold and I had to ask for a space heater. I found some concierges helpful; others not. The food in their restaurant was not good and I had an issue with something I ordered. I also wished they had made laundry service available. The lobby is very cold and shuts down early, and there is no where to have a drink, read and relax. The bathroom smelled very funny, and I could not get them to fix this. I also received no offer of help with my luggage when I called down to say I was checking out. Overall, this hotel needs updating and to be much more cozy, light and guest friendly. There is a lot they could do to improve.

Cons: Others have commented on the street noise. True, there is a nightclub across the street, and true, people are on the sidewalk all night long. Still, my room was on the third floor facing the street and the noise didn't bother me at all: it was very muffled and steady.

Pros: Location was good. easy to reach from the train station and within very short walking stance to major central sight seeing points.
Cons: Travelling with a 7 year old child, I had booked a room for three people, expecting a double bed, plus a smaller extra bed to be available on arrival (e.g. after the check-in time the hotel had suggested as suitable). However, this was not the case. It took three requests and a wait of over three hours before the final bed was supplied *the actual set-up took only 5 mins), by which time I had a very cranky child, exhausted from the travels and delays in its bed time.

Pros: Personable staff, fantastic breakfast and great location. Lots of restaurants and shops around. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Pros: Good location, about ten minutes' walk straight downhill from the train station (note that the ten minutes will all be on cobblestones, so if you're rolling your luggage, like most people, you'll be clattering loudly all the way there, through the center of the tourist area). Very friendly and helpful staff. When we arrived much earlier than regular check-in because of an early-morning flight, the young woman at the front desk had no record of our reservation, but had us sit for a few minutes while she emailed and phoned, and eventually she found a record of it. Jet-lagged and fading fast, we were allowed to check in a couple hours early, as soon as a room was ready. When we woke up from a nap to find that it was raining, she went to the back room and found a forgotten umbrella to loan us (we returned it when we left). Good water pressure in the shower. Good wifi.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very central but calm, I was upgraded to a studio next to the hotel and the small kitchen was fully equipped. It is close to the metro and there a lot of cafes and restaurants around.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, full breakfast, affordable
Cons: wifi went down a during my stay
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location, about ten minutes' walk straight downhill from the train station (note that the ten minutes will all be on cobblestones, so if you're rolling your luggage, like most people, you'll be clattering loudly all the way there, through the center of the tourist area). Good wifi.
Cons: Room was tiny: when we brought our luggage inside, we couldn't move around (and we only had one suitcase and one carry-on each). We had to get really creative, finding ways to stack our things, using the top of the wardrobe (luckily, I'm extremely tall) to get a tiny amount of floor space. Not very clean at all. The luggage storage was shockingly filthy, with trash strewn around. Across the street is a pub, where people were still partying after sunrise, making us feel a little nervous when we checked out at 6:30 a.m. and had to go clattering up the street past a big crowd of drunks. Breakfast didn't open until 7:00 a.m. (but when we checked out, all the food was already sitting out at room temperature). And the easy downhill walk of ten minutes from the train station turns into a challenging uphill walk of 12-15 minutes back to the station, towing clattering luggage over the cobblestones.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Style, comfort, excellent breakfast
Cons: Avoid rooms on street, esp rue du Marché aux Poulets. Noisy
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything good
Cons: Coffee quality to inproove
7.1 Good
Pros: Great staff, good breakfast, good location
Cons: Inconvenient family suits, overheated, difficult room access
7.0 Good
Pros: The place itself was great, next to the grand place, very nice location and the rooms were very nice and not than expensive; I traveled with a colleague that is starting to learn French and when the reception heard that they directly switched to English
Cons: The room was on the side of a walking street and unfortunately, there were some street works and the garbage collection that made some noises starting 5 am
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I was staying only during one night, it was comfortable enough. My room was upgraded from a room for two persons to a rom for three persons for free because there were not available rooms for two.
Cons: It was noisy during the night, windows were on the street and there was a party in the bar nearby.

Pros: Short walk from the train station and very close to all the tourist spots. Great value for the price. Very nice continental breakfast with a view!
Cons: We stayed on a Friday night and the bar across the street didn't stop playing music till 4am. Noisy people in alley till 5am. Bring earplugs or request a room not facing the street!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is excellent; Wi-Fi is excellent; location is good, close to Central Station, major metro, city centre
Cons: Although it's close to metro & train station, I did spend some time to find the hotel, which is located in a small ally. With my big pull luggage it drive me crazy, because the city is using rocky tiles to keep the ancient feel. (It's not the hotel's problem certainly!)
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Room decent size. Some of interiors a bit tired and in need of updating. Staff all good.
Cons: Bit tired - interiors no kettle in room.

and I had to paid 4.25 extra that wasnt posted on the website

Pros: Walking distance to the train station. Three minutes from Grand Place!! Great location for restaurants and shops.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Location was central for site seeing, price online was good. Friendly staff for our brief interaction. Great room, really spacious which was a genuine surprise in older europe buildings. Good hot water and amenities.
Cons: Big caveat... this was the weekend of brussels beer week fest so maybe it is not nearly this bad normally without the partiers...But, Very noisy from the outside alley/bars all night (til 6am when we got up to leave). We live in baltimore and are used to traffic and sirens and people. This was not normal amounts of noise. The old windows/building let in every single conversation and beer bottle clink. Pretty much not sleepable without the jet lag. As we checked in another patron was demanding a refund and trying to check out because of the noise. I see why now...

4.2 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Looks nothing like the photos. It is dirty (the ventilation in the bathroom, and the drain say a lot about how much attention is paid to proper cleaning), has not been maintained since the 80’s, the windows are so bad that you can hear everything even when they are closed. Everything smells like old, moldy and while the room is non smoking it smells like at some point people smoked in there.

Cons: Place is a bit run down
5.0 Okay
Pros: Let’s just say: breakfast
Cons: Extremely noisy! A nightmare to sleep! Actually we couldn’t sleep at all because the Lift makes a noise that even the walls are literally shaking. A disaster if you want to sleep. Also, the window did not close properly and the cold from outside came right in. The heating sistem is inexistent. Only a tiny radiator plugged in. Toilet paper used.

Pros: Breakfast was quite good. Bed is comfortable.
Cons: Room and bathroom need renovation. Money that was as said "blocked" on my card for 1 night stay before arrival wasn't "unblocked" after the payment of a full price upon check out. Overpay of €89 can hardly add pluses to the stay.
