Pros: Very good hotel with excellent friendly staff. Check-in and out very efficient and helpful. Good location only short walk from stations with tram line immediately outside. Also only short walk to historic centre.

Cons: No meaningful food offering in hotel in evening, only breakfast.

Pros: Nice hotel, very clean. Location is perfect across the street from Central Station.

Cons: Loud music in the street on Sat night that we could hear since the room was facing Central Station where people were playing music... my son could not sleep easily that night. The hotel can not do anything about it.

Cons: The Brussels summer festival was on the evening we stayed and that was quite noisy.., but it did end at a respectable hour so it was not too bad

Cons: We checked-in around 3 PM which is the typical check-in time and there was only one staff member at the reception to handle all guests which I have found to be weird. Also, the hotel is on a 'hill' which makes walking back to it after a long day a bit tricky. Only one complimentary water bottle.

Cons: I booked a room with twin bed my son was 5 years old they charge me extra 120 euro for 4 nights as I know they wrote that children are free when they use existing bed

Pros: Everything about the hotel was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, fresh and clean just as the halls and room was. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had an oversized tub.The location was excellent also.

Pros: The hotel is located right in the middle of all the touristy sights you want to see in the grand place. The staff is great they speak English and 7 other different languages. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Cons: What I didn't like was that breakfast was not included and the city tax you have to paid at the end of your stay. City tax is about 4.75 euros per day.

Pros: The room was minimalist and clean . There was (after many stays) enough spare floor space for two suitcases to be unpacked and packed. The rate paid was much more than I usually pay at this hotel. So you get what you pay for. We were satisfied with the room in all categories. Fab TV …..BBC1, BBC2 even BBC4 The best off all …...LOCATION.....

Pros: - The location couldn't be more perfect and the price was very good compared to the location.

Cons: - My room was on the 6th floor and the lift only reaches the 5th floor so I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs and I didn't know that beforehand. -The room was overlooking the hotel's roof (sharing the same floor) and there were some construction works going on over there so basically the workmen were sitting with me in my room if I dare open the only window in the room. - The room is so basic and small for 3 adults.

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to grand place and Bryssel central station which is easy access to the airport . The staff in a reception and at the restaurant was very kind and friendly .

Cons: Mr Agus which is working in the bar . My friend pulled a chair outside the bar and he told us we can’t sitting there. As I work at the hotel Accor as well, so I know the rules. Normally a guest pulled the chair and sit down and than the staff will come and asked if we want to order something. But Mr Agus directly said we are not allowed sitting there without explanation and my friend only pulled the chair. I was so angry to hear about it and talked with the reception how is the rules sitting there and she said, I can take a place and sit down where ever we want. We met Mr Agus again and I told him why he treat us like that , than he mentioned that we need to order something. But we just pulled the chair not sit down and he didn’t mentioned that we need to order. How the waiter knows if we would like to order something or not if he didn’t asked. Very rude and impolite. And the worst is... he didn’t said sorry to us, he just went directly to the restaurant. I spoke about this with my husband and he called the hotel. Feels like he treat us like that as we came from the same country and he think we don’t have money to order some drink. Never in my life met a hotel staff like Mr Agus. I was working at ibis, Novotel, Sofitel and Pullman hotel, so I know how a hotel staff should treat the guest. Other staff was friendly to us and I explain about the situation that night. She listened and agree with my opinion.
