Pros: On the whole nicely decorated. Rooms are a good size for the location and beds are comfortable.

Cons: Noise from guests closing their doors late at night and early in the morning (the doors don't close properly unless pulled shut). Variable hot water temperature in the shower. Very limited English channels - only news channels in English BBC World, Bloomberg, CNN etc.

Pros: It is a comfy place, with not many amenities. Simple, elegant, functional. Very good location

Cons: Some extra things would be nice: coffee maybe? WIFI in top floors slightly lacking.

Pros: I liked the location only a 10/15 min walk to the centre city, and staff were really friendly We had an overall good experience, I would stay again

Cons: Loud music in the street on Sat night that we could hear since the room was facing Central Station where people were playing music... my son could not sleep easily that night. The hotel can not do anything about it.

Cons: minibar was mostly empty; staff offered to fill it up when asked, but not really needed. If you are going to have a minibar in rooms, it should be filled when entering room

Cons: Service level 1. Checkin was late, they had not cleaned on time. It was more than hourpast checkin time, when asked the lady at front desk showed an attitude about it. 2. Internet never worked for 1.5 days

Pros: Everything about the hotel was excellent. The lobby was beautiful, fresh and clean just as the halls and room was. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had an oversized tub.The location was excellent also.

Cons: There was nothing I did not like.

Pros: Location very good, Very comfortable beds. Junior suites great view on the city. Breakfast served in a seperate room when booked an executive room, in general very quiet. We got an upgrade! Surely a place to stay another time. The hotel has no parking of its own but a big garage is very nearby .

Cons: Unfortunetely the television on the room was out of order and also the towelheater in the bathroom. Although we told the reception, it could not be fixed. With the television was something wrong in the wall that could not be fixed in the weekend , but about the towelheater we weren't informed. At the end of our stay we finally got a discount price for the inconvenience.

Pros: Great location, you could take the train from Midi Station to here for free with your train ticket. Big rooms, comfortable beds, and late check out (2pm) if you're Hilton Rewards member. Great stay in Brussels!

Cons: I was on the second floor and there must be a club directly underneath. I couldn't sleep because the music was throbbing through the room. I had to be up at 5 am so this was disastrous. Not good at all. Not worth it at all.

Pros: I thought the entire staff including housekeeping was very friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient in trying to meet our needs. I had to deal with management couple of times and Dimitros was just great! Location is excellent, rooms are well lite with all the amenities. I like the idea that every floor is different in color and décor. Also many rooms are not the same. I like the state of the art security system and privacy with the room keys and not being able to access another floor w/your room key. Rooms are comfortable not like some hotel rooms that are very small and crowed.

Cons: I think on the daily basis they should make a slight change in their menu for the buffet breakfast. Everyday it was exactly the same. Breakfast is open 6:15 and they should be ready at 6:15, the hot food was not ready till 6:40, chef was still preparing. I was with a Globus tour in Amsterdam, Luxemburg and the 2 hotels there had a slight change in their menu. Radisson should get a sophisticated coffee machine so people can help themselves that way you don't have to ask them for coffee and it would help a busy day. It was very chaotic, short of staff several days in the breakfast restaurant, , everybody was running around then accidents occurred spilling coffee, crashing plates. Tables were not cleaned off so it was difficult to find a table. I understand that at times understaffing occurs, I think days like this they should have a sign Please wait to be seated, so they could get a table ready for the amt. of customers to be seated. As people were let in freely, we're looking for a clean table and it was difficult to find one so I landed up cleaning my table plus got my own coffee. I felt it was ok to help out a little bit. They have a ledge anywhere from 2 1/2-3 inches high before going into the bathroom which doesn't make sense why they have it, it serves no purpose and certainly does not help the décor. I think it is very dangerous especially at night. I kicked it on the first day 3 times and then I put a colorful luggage strap on the floor and left the light on. 2 other couples stumbled on it, laid a towel to even it out, taped some paper across as a reminder that the ledge was there.

Cons: Toilet doors don’t close fully. There is a 5 cm gap between the door and the wall, which provides zero privacy. No drinking water provided.

Cons: Over €300 for a suite per night I would expect more! Not clean enough, 3 lights broken, only a few paper tissues before the box was empty. Breakfast not good enough for this kind of a hotel. I am disappointed.

Pros: I liked the room size, it was quite big for the category. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and I loved having the iron in the room´.

Cons: It was dissppointing that the coffee machine was not working. The electric kettle was fool of calc!! I told the reception twice, everytime I got a quick OK, but no action! Our meeting room was dark, no windows! The restaurant was closed in opening hours, so no lunch for us!

Cons: Everything in this hotel very good, the room is spacious, the shower room is big enough for two people and it has a tub and separate from shower room according to my humble opinion they did great design for this point. The rest room is separate from shower, tub, and sink section so good privacy, so if there are 2 people one of them want to use the toilet and the 2nd want to take a shower the both can do it in the same time. The bed is very comfortable except I prefer if they put two kinds of pillows one hard and one soft. The down side of this hotel and hope they will correct it is the complementary like tea or coffee is free cause they gave us one bag of black tea and one bag of green tea and if you need more you should pay and I don't think the tea expensive especially I use to go to different hotels in USA this stuff is free.

Pros: The hotel location is just walk able distance from the Rogier metro station. Easy access to city attractions even by feet. Cheaper restaurants and late night fast food shops are available nearby the hotel. Friendly staff, very helpful and flexible for check-in&-out process. Very kind to organize taxi services.

Cons: Room rents are very expensive, for business visit only and not advisable for personal visit. Very basic breakfast and not value for money, salad selection should be improved. Dirty floor carpet, single lift for all floors, very slow elevator. Bath room water tabs are too old, hard to handle, not suitable for aged people.
