I really appreciated the check in service at Heathrow airport - amazing they checked our luggage and gave our passes through to Chch NZ. Chairs were comfortable. Good leg room. While we appreciate the lounge, they could have offered a wider range of options (a few more vegan options).

Got to departure gate 12 minutes before plane departure. You need more time to have a good experience !"

My husband was not able to board the flight - no refund, no help - and the sad part was, it wasn't for a holiday - it was to visit and help his 87yr old father-in-law who had fallen and cracked his spine. No sympathy from Virgin, VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

Pros: "Everything was smooth and on time, even a bit early."
Pros: "Just got socked with $465 checked baggage fee for 3 bags! Let the buyer beware. I will NEVER use Jetstar again & suggest you look elsewhere. Fyi there is no ZERO rating, so would have given that!"

Cons: "Bagage fee extortion, we were a family of four and had to pay $200 US dollars for 4 bags because it was not paid online. I wasn't sure what everyone was bringing yet when I booked tickets. the baggage agent told us it would have been less than ten dollars per bag if booked online. I can see doubling the price but not quadrupling... the luggage is still boarding the plane, whether you pay 10 or 50 dollars, it doesn't change anything other than they make more money off of the passengers."
Cons: "Butchered by prices that were offered on Kayak and then taken to the airline sites where the prices are different. Jetstar rips you up with baggage prices at the gate. Nowhere does Kayak state that you have to pay upfront for Jetstar baggage......"
Cons: "United did not ship our bag so we had to make a claim before leaving Cutoms in Aukland. We got to the Jet Star ticket counter 3"

Cons: "Misleading baggage policy cost additional $150 for a single bag at check in. Agent unwilling to find a different fare / baggage rate. On board they charge everything. Seats uncomfortable, felt passenger behind knees into my back. Overall terrible, cheap airline."
Cons: "Jet star counter at Melbourne has the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. Literally 3 employees standing around chatting while I'm trying to find someone to help with my passport not reading. Then standing at another counter waiting to be helped while being completely ignored. I understand when you're busy (even though he didn't seem busy) but at least acknowledging my presence would've been lovely. Also- baggage fees for this airline should be criminal."

Cons: "NO legroom in standard seats. I'm 6' tall and my knees touched the seat in front of me when seated all the way back in the seat. Closest spaced seating I've seen on an airline."
