Pros: Boarding/ticketing/getting off the plane was all super efficient and quick. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Made traveling so easy and stress-free.

Pros: I liked that there was wifi on board.

Cons: We had a 3.5 hour delay. The crew could have offered extras to make up for it.

Pros: customer service was EXTREMELY helpful in finding my luggage, and shifting my flight since I was delayed due to lost bag

Cons: crew onboard seemed super tense and it was just awkward with them. It was a short flight, maybe they've had a long day but it was weird. biscuits and a beverage were offered - i think biscuits are gross maybe try pretzels or something healthy? ALSO, the new system (whatever that means) is awful. i experienced so many delays that made it difficult to find my booking and my checked bag >_<

Pros: The flight was redirected to ottawa due weather conditions specifically high wind which in my 20 years of traveling never experienced this here in Canada. We stayed for an hour and at the end of it arrived at Montreal airport at 3:45pm. Terrible service. Refund and or adjustment on tickets price should be reviewed.

Cons: Smelled like poop the entire flight. Actual poop in the lavatory.

Cons: Delayed flight planning - would have been nice to delay the flight before boarding.

Cons: The carrots were hard and the bread was cold.

Cons: I almost lost my flight because of a delay issue, I literally had to run more than 2KM, electrical outlet was not working on business class, a bit disappointing;(

Pros: The crew was great!

Cons: I didn't get to continue the series I started watching on an earlier flight, as this plane had more limited options. We also waited on the tarmac an long time before take-off, waiting for a part to be delivered to our plane so we could take it to Indianapolis with us.

Pros: Crew was good. No economy seat is super comfortable. (Why would you even ask that?)

Cons: Be on time. Not keep changing/delaying the border time. Not change my seat. (Plane was far from full.)
