The boarding experience was worst ever. Single aerobridge used for boarding and deboarding which led to lot of chaos. Food options were not great. First flight delayed by more than 3 hours which led to missing of the next flight we were stuck at Dubai airport by more than 6 hours

Flight good but it was 30min late taking off. Also don’t like landing then being loaded on bus and driven around the airport like it’s a sightseeing tour.
Emirates is still my favorite airline. The good, entertainment, crew, and value are excellent. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed taking off and arriving - which caused me to lose my ground transportation plan. While delays happen, more communication about the delays would be helpful.
First Class on A380 was an incredible experience with a group of very attentive crew. The only flaw of this flight was the boarding process at Concourse C of DXB where no one was managing the queue. I was at Zone A but arrived when they were already boarding Zone C & D. There was no separate gate for Zone A & B to go through.
I see I gave my review for this flight on my flight Zürich to Dubai rather than Dubai to Singapore.

Newly reconfigured 380 I assume. Has a new ife with usb c ports and Bluetooth connections
Excellent airlines. I highly recommend using Emirates. Its my number 1 airlines
CREW manager was rude and nasty Crew was not friendly either and had discriminatory attitude.
The flight was delayed over 2 hours. We had to wait on the plane and the air conditioning was turned off. The food was average and the cutlery was wooden!

The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours and most of the flights bags were not on the flight. Have also had no communication from QANTAS

For a long haul, the flight was good. We left an hour late due to a seat in business class not working. But they made up time and we still got in on time or even early thanks to tailwinds. The crew was friendly. The meals were okay, nothing special.
Internet on internation flights is a basic comodity. Very disappointed. Same entertainment that has been on for the past year. Update your content for frequent flyers

Our flight was delayed twice and after we boarded it was delayed again as they were searching for a passenger's small bag. We arrived in Hobart one hour later.
There was nothing I didn’t like, prices a little lower would help
Flight delay was informed at the last minute. Food quality is not up to Qantas standard I was unable to book an online boarding pass on any of my 6 flights.
