Cons: "There was a delay at the beginning with no communication. The AC was off in the beginning and it was too hot hen after it wa turned up way too high and was freezing. The seats were really uncomfortable."

Pros: "I got super lucky and had three seats to myself, it's a long flight just over 12hrs and good sleep is precious. The entertainment options were excellent and I watched some great first run movies. Food was quite good with options, beverage service standard. Restrooms were readily accessible and "clean.""
Cons: "We left SFO an hour late waiting for a handful of late passengers - good for them though, eh? The rest of the passengers on plane were packed in like sardines. Seemed to me that too much space on plane dedicated to the premium 'cabins' for the uber rich, but they were interesting to look at."

Cons: "Check in clerk was mean nasty and said several times we could not fly because we didn’t have our tickets rather then helping us use the airport printer to print our tickets she said you can’t print you ticket until you show me your ticket. She should be fired it was united airlines won’t fly them again"

Pros: "EWR gate personnel tried to move things along. Seat was roomie and the flight attendants were pleasant. Flight was on time and landed early. No complaints."

Cons: "Reservation was deleted so check in took a very long time and my seat (reserved weeks in advance) on the long international flight was reassigned to a very undesirable location. Food was not good, and drink service was only done twice on 17 hour flight. It took an hour to start taxiing after we were all seated and left the gate."

But she the attendant told me another passenger said the same thing. The only difference was the boarding agent told them 179.00 to change seats. She suggested I bring it up to United, which I will do."

Cons: "My family was made to suffer due to United's inability to get all passengers off the plane in a timely manner. We all suffered for 25 minutes in a hot plane. We got nauseous from the heat . We ad to sleep on the floor of the airport in CO because we could not get a flight for that night. We missed an important Military graduation that is once in a Lifetime Experience. Your lack of customer service is appalling and I hope That I never have to experience that again."

Cons: "Lack of overhead bins even for Group 5 boarders. Boarding area is crowded because of the number gates serviced at this particular terminal."

Cons: "The two hour delay caused by overloading the plane with cargo and not fixing the sink in one of the coach restrooms caused dozens to miss their flights and my 9 dollar train ride home turned into a 65 dollar cab fare."

Cons: "The last 5 times I have flown united I have either been cancelled or delayed to the point that I miss my connecting flight aND get to the destination. 24 hours later I will NEVER book a united flight again"

Cons: "Travelling with United Airlines company you have to know that you need to download the UA app before your flight otherwise you need to pay for the internet during the flight to download the app. Without this app any movie on your device wouldn't played."

Pros: "Handicapped assistance was great. Our connections at from between flights was 35 minutes. We had to go from terminal B to C by wheelchair for my Dad then by electric cart to get to our next gate. We barely made it. They were boarding when we got to the gate. On our flight to our destination we were given the wrong gate and terminal. We actually were supposed to go from terminal E to B at opposite ends of the airport. We missed our connectio and had to be teschuled 6 hrs later. Then that flight was cancelled and we had to pay for a hotel and missed a whole day of our trip. These connections were paired by United no by individual choice. IAH is a very difficult airport to travel through. I won't fly United again!"

Captain said galley was not fully loaded - row 32, no food for purchase left except 2 bags gummies bears, 1 kid box and 1 bag popcorn. And thanks for shrinking the seat space again...glad I'm only 5'6". Still ridiculous."
