The crew were fabulous. We travelled Doha to Miami and the crew in board we exceptional too.
Seated in row 6 you are separated from business class close to the toilets. The is a high panel in front that obscures forward viewing, coupled with no window view. Service is limited as the area is not in view of the attendants. It is closer in proximity to economy than business class.

The Achilles heel of the experience with Qatar Airways is the Doha Airport, especially for travellers arriving into Doha and not transiting. This airport suffers from being ambitiously big and the immigration into Qatar being overly time taking. At the end of my particular flight in which my travel was ending in Doha, the plane parked at a very remote terminal, from where it took me 30 minutes to arrive just at the immigration counter, with fast paced walking and the time on a train inside the airport. Then, at the immigration counter it takes up to a minute or more to process each tourist visitor,due to time taking face and finger scanning processes and langugage barriers if there are questions or information to be exchanged verbally with the officers. If several planes have landed at the same time, it is not unusual that one has to wait 45 to 60 minutes in the immigration queue. In short, the frustration of arriving at Doha takes away all positive vibe of the airline, as the airline and the airport are heavily intertwined and are marketed together.
My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my child’s stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. I had to go back to the airport baggage claim and pick up myself after trying to contact them many times!. There was a lack professional and communication. I am very disappointed in Qatar airway and will not be recommending them to friends and family nor will I be flying with them in the future.
The only thing that could have been better, is that the food trays get left way to long after a meal. We had a snack 8 hrs into the trip, and they left us with the boxes and cups for way too long. It is not fun being trapped in your seat unnecessarily

Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.
We were stranded in bus for 10 min waiting for baording..Specially when you are traveling with kids and long previous flight. Flight has no information regarding time to destination. Wish to have screen for international travels.
Its a long flight. Please provide free wifi as soon as long ts not interfering with aircraft data.
If I had a chance to rate Turkish airline in negative I will definitely give -100. Worst non professional attitude of ground staff at Istanbul. If I was a owner of Turkish airline I would definitely fire all check-in staff who was on duty for this flight. Rude attitude to all customers. Non availability of food options. Chicken and fish option was finished within 8 rows and only pasta was available (seat rows 25- last row). Seat Front glove boxes were ripped and all stuff was dropping on floor. Flight crew was trying to pacify the customers but this is sole responsibility of the manager who arranged / booked the food for this flight. He must be removed from this position as he has no idea about his job. It was worst flight during my whole life. Never booking again on Turkish airline.

I don't know other staff but the guy who checked me in was completely non friendly. Did not greet even. Looks like he is not the man for this job. In flight crew was good but they were all messed up with the delivery of special meal. Looks like they were delivering special meal for the first time. Gifts for Umrah travelers were distributed to few travellers as they ran out of back packs. Even in soft drinks coke was not available. Totally understand satisfied.
Food, comfort and entertainment all good. Boarding was messy. Apparent lack of staff to keep things orderly.
Feral children not being controlled by Turkish parents should be addressed by crew rather than allowing them to disrupt the passengers around them. The flight is a paid service and poor behaviour should be addressed.
Bussing in a major flight is idiotic. Cabin was too warm. Food was bland and felt old

Tv didn’t work and left the gate late but everything else was perfect.
Again poor use of old aircraft and old business class seats that show there age.
Service and food were very good, I liked it a lot. I liked the little gifts we all got , but I don’t think I’d fly on Turkish airlines to go to New York from Istanbul or from New York to Instanbul anymore. Flight is way too long.
