Cons: "The seat's recline button was broken which meant having to sit for 12+ hours upright. Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."

Pros: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

The crew walked around the cabin many time throughout the long flight with drinks on their trays (not just the usual drink service) which was much appreciated. Overall they get a 10 from me! This was my first time flying with Lufthansa. I will most definitely fly with them again and recommend to all my friends."

When I got to the check in it was like watching a special forces team measuring and prodding peoples bags to get them in to the little box even when the shapes were the reason they couldn't fit, not the size of the bags. I literally watched someone fit their bag and the attendant take it out and make it misshaped for the box and show how it didn't slide in. I had no issues with my luggage, but that sucked to watch happen to others. The food and drinks came about 10 minutes before the plane landed."

You airlines overbook your flights and then can't handle any slipups if something goes wrong, then your "customers" become the dominoes that fall. With the risk that I must stay overnight in the airport!!!!!! OUTRAGEOUSLY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Pros: "I have metal leg braces. The staff was helpful getting me from terminal to terminal. They were very helpful."
Cons: "Having a leg brace makes difficult I am blessed I can move a little without them. I had to move a short distance without my brace. No place to put it back on."

Cons: "I took this flight based on the schedule because I needed to be back home after being gone for 21 days for a very important for some very important events with my wife and family I had already been delayed one day by my employer to find out that I'm delayed in O'Hare by united airlines for over two hours crammed into a airplane like a bunch of sardines no place to upgrade the service was horrible the flight was horrible in O'Hare is horrible"

Pros: "Everything thing from checking in to landing was great. Had to change flight due to bad weather conditions and Lynn was extremely helpful."
Cons: "The carry-on luggage has gotten out of control. More and more people and bringing carrying to avoid the baggage fee.. just incrude in price of ticket.. it slows down the process at TSA, boarding amd getting off the plane.."
