Cons: "The crew in Cluj airport could not care less about getting the plane boarded and departed on time. For 20 minutes crew stood around in the airport talking to each other and using their cellphones. Finally the transport bus was loaded only to have the bus driver get out, and talk to another employee while simultaneously using his phone. No information was given for the delay and the plane was boarded at time of departure. This careless and unbothered attitude resulted in a missed connecting flight for my partner and I. We were completely unassisted by crew on the plane and ended up having to wait 24hours for our next flight home. Absolutely disgusted by the service provided from Cluj to Munich. I would seriously consider another airline before booking again with Lufthansa for this route."

This makes others late and very inconsiderate. Charge people that use the overhead compartment!!"

That info should be more obvious - not on a card deep in the seat back pocket. Overall, it was obvious that this was an older aircraft and needs to be overhauled or retired."

It is nearly impossible to sleep under such inhuman conditions. Shame on British Airways for putting profit over service and comfort."

Cons: "I'm 6'2" and slender - those seats are tight in both leg room and shoulder width, hence the "OK" rating for comfort. I was fortunate that my seat mates were also slender so none of us overlapped the armrests, and that the person ahead of me never reclined their seat because I have no idea of where my legs would have fitted had they done so. The only other gripe is that the volume of the entertainment system seems disconnected from the announcement system. The announcement system is WAY louder than the entertainment system - painfully so. I noticed many others around me also ripping off their headphones when a crew announcement commenced."

Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. There were many other passengers w infants and he accosted the crew and the couple that did have the bassinet aggressively over and over again. Horrible."

Cons: "Firstly at check in the BA staff could have mentioned the gate was miles away and there's a second passport control to get through... I have a 82 year old dad I was helping navigate around the airport. Secondly on the flight out and back they ran out of the M+S food they so proudly advertise in the menu on board... you have to pay for it which is fine... but I would have liked to have bought some! So the few people higher up in the rows had the opportunity... row 15 and lower didn't..."

Cons: "it was an overnight flight so people wanted to sleep. took the crew till like forever to finally turn off or dim the lights..but soon after, people opened their window and sun was coming it. not sure what these idiots tried to see outside as there was nothing. sun made it hard to sleep because it was way too bright. other airlines make sure that windows are closed during overnight flights to ensure everybody will have a good sleep instead of getting woken up by the sunlight in their eyes. wish british airways would do the same. everything else was good, excellent service too"

Pros: "The flight from AMS to NYC was good. Great staff, easy boarding."
Cons: "The flight from EWR....the ground crew was nothing short of a disaster. All paperwork was checked during check only to be told at the gate that we needed a "blue sticker" which no one had before we could get on the plane. This caused the ENTIRE flight to basically have to check in again and show documentation. I was also asked rather rudely from one of the ground crew "if I had ever traveled before". I will never fly United again...rude, disorganized, horrible inflight service."

Seemed to me that too much space on plane dedicated to the premium 'cabins' for the uber rich, but they were interesting to look at."

There's suppose to be an option with mobile devices but when you make the ticket purchase it only says that entertainment is included in longflights and it is not. I paid for the entertrainment system but you have only some options and the movies start according to their own schedule so you can't really pick what you want to watch. And the directv remotes are not set in a good place, the are in the arm rest, so everytime the person next to you moves the wrong way they change your channel or turn the volume down or something else. For such an expensive and long flight the tiny space between chairs and entertainment lack is unacceptable."

We thought it would be a quicker and shorter flight buying a direct flight from United from IAD to HNL then to Kona, but we were wrong! We are upset and disappointed that it caused us a day of our vacation! We will avoid United for future travels!"

Cons: "United had us board and unboard and then board again due to flight delays. United also told us the delay would be only 40 minutes, but I looked at the delay in SFO and it was 2 hours. Eventually United also increased our delay by 30 minute intervals until it was about 2 hours. Once I arrivied in SFO I got a text message notification stating my luggage had been put on an incorrect flight and I would have to return to get my luggage. The attendants at the podium were rude. This was my first terrible flying experience ever."

Went as quickly as I could and arrived at time that aircraft door was scheduled to be closed. Flight delayed 45 minutes due to late equipment arrival. Never saw a sign telling me of the gate for my flight."
