Pros: "The attention of the crew is very good. They are very friendly and, on the return trip there was attention of Argentine hostess. The meal options are very good as the vegetarian menu I previously requested. Fly NZ30 ON FEBRUARY 28 th"
Cons: "The seat I reserved paying additional dollars to have no one in front of me is bad. The table has little stability and the space that one acquires to stretch the legs is dangerously occupied by food carts that pass very close. The seats are tight. And the great kindness of the crew succumbs to the bad Argentine behavior of occupying the empty seats. On the flight back to Bs.As. many overweight people were overcrowded by the bad luck they had when buying their tickets, however, thin people, who did not pay for better places, were located in an empty seat where, usually, they go familiar with babies and traveled peacefully in a place that did NOT correspond. We all understand that the spaces are small but they should take better care of the passengers and, by common sense, if there are free seats, offer them to those who for physical reasons and their full rows are uncomfortable throughout the trip which, in itself, is very long . I suggest that you put options of Latin Spanish doblabas movies on the flights you make from Buenos Aires to Auckland. FLY NZ30 on February 28 th"

Pros: "Swap my two reviews! This one is for the flight going to London when I had the Skycouch! That was fabulous."
Cons: "Nothing."
Pros: "As I was in premium economy it was of course amazing, however it was a very packed premium compared to my previous experience so wasn’t as comfortable but still amazing."
Cons: "The selection of movies currently was a bit lacking."
Pros: "Good entertainment. Flight tracker kept breaking."
Cons: "They don't come around with beverages hardly ever (twice on 13 hour flight) and they tend to skip the window seats. They tried to kick me off an overbooked flight even though I paid extra for a picked seat and booked months ago. Mediocre food. Tiny seats and I'm only 5'5". Will never fly again."
Pros: "Flying on the plane with mighty KORU on the tail always gives me a buzz"
Cons: "Better meal as the meat dish was a bit cold when it arrived."
Cons: "Auckland to Chicago was fine. Chicago to Minnesota was horrible. The departure plane showed up late due to weather which is understandable. Once the plane showed up we waited for over 4 hours for a pilots to show up. Our flight could have bee managed much better, poor job by United!"
Pros: "I had to us the wheel chair And they were all GREAT I was by my self"
Cons: "Right now I can't think of any thing"
Cons: "Due to limited internet in Rarotonga, we weren’t able to fully check in until we got to the counter. The flight in came with two checked bags and not our flight to Auckland. We were expected to pay a fee at the counter but was charged $170 for the counter checkin of one bag. This price was not listed or posted anywhere during the booking or via email for mobile check-in."
Cons: "I was charged with an excessive checked baggage of $170 NZ dollars for 1 bag that weighed over 7 kg that Air New Zealand said had to be checked and would not allow as carry on baggage. I challenged the high baggage fee with other Air New Zealand staff, to no avail. I was told that the checked baggage cost for 1 bag had recently gone up from $120 NZD to $170 NZD."
Pros: "We made it to Christchurch safely and on time."
Cons: "We were charged $120 per checked bag. We couldn’t check in online, so we couldn’t pre-pay at the lower rate. Felt a lot like fraud, honestly."

We were seated right at the back of the plane along with young parents and small children. Very noisy and seats super uncomfortable.

Cons: "The attitude of the crew towards passengers with children. They made us wake up our sleeping child because she was on a blow up cushion that obstructed her leg space. Even though we explained it could be deflated in a single second and was not causing harm to anyone else they still made us move it. Also, they gave us a guilt trip for changing a peepee diaper in our seat (careful not to touch any seats) and wouldn't take the trash. As any parents knows, changing a diaper in an airline bathroom is one of the most unsanitary and awful things you can do with your young child due to the extreme lack of space. Airlines in general should make a "family bathroom" with more space for parents to change their kids."
Pros: "Much better than any airline in the states."
Cons: "A few more trash pickups from the crew. I had a few times I was left holding trash."
Pros: "Nothing, was not booked on flight I "purchased", kayak search redirects to scam website"
Cons: "Justfly.com is a scam website, don't use them!"
Pros: "tons of leg room in emergency aisle + fast on/off loading of plane"
Cons: "weird boarding via bus that was kinda annoying"
Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "I cannot believe that when I put the table down I could not move & at 80 kg I was by no means the biggest person on that plane!!!!!"
Pros: "The staff were friendly"
Cons: "Some policies were not made clear before I arrived to check in. No skateboards as a carry-on. I’ve never had a problem before until Jetstar. Also they overcharged me by $50 to process my visa application before I was allowed to check in. The visa cost $20, Jetstar charged me $70 and would not allow me to apply for the visa on my own at the time of check-in."
Pros: "Crew were patient & helpful"
Cons: "The fact that both my recent Jetstar flights have been delayed (to & from Rarotonga, and today’s flight was so late I missed my connecting flight & it meant a disadvantage to my family plus $221 extra for me to buy another ticket."
Pros: "Good choices of flight times"
Cons: "Charge to check even 1 bag. Limited what we could buy."
Cons: "Pity we paid for Qantas but still has JetStar service with pay for all drinks and food."
