But we all had to make do with our cramped seats. Maybe Qantas can plan this better. It isn’t so difficult as they usually know how many infants are travelling, in advance."

Add to the narrow seats is the design of the seat and armrests themselves and you don't have much space at all. No way I was going to be able to work on my laptop in this LATAM business class seat."

Latam wanted us to fly in three different seats we told them that we were happy to flight next day but they pushed till last minute waiting. I was very very disappointed in their ability to keep track of my checked bag. When I arrived at my destination they had no idea where my bag was. It took days for anyone to contact me about if my pack was found or not. I will be avoiding this airline from now on if possible."

The food very substandard. If you were on a basic ticket, you were only entitled to water and no food. So people are travelling on long haul flights without being offered anything as standard. Passengers on these tickets were not aware that they would not be served.any food which is probably unethical. They offer to sell you food if on a basic ticket"

Pros: "I was in first class and talked some w/ the pilot during our massive and enjoyed that. But not the almost 3 hr wait. The lunch, a choice of brisket or spinach ravioli - I took the pasta - was quite good. Amazing for an airline now known for service. The wine was also pretty good."

The 787 aircraft was spacious and comfortable, which seems to put both passengers and crew in a good mood. Lots of entertainment options were available, so the three hour flight flew by. And we arrived early! A great experience on United."
Cons: "Mechanical delay on this leg left us in a hot plane on a hot Texas tarmac. We were initially told it would take 15-20 minutes but this incrementally grew to 1-1/2 hours. Even when we were told that we were pushing away from the gate, we didn't move for another 15 minutes. At least tell the truth. Only water offered. Observed flight attendant moving cups along baggage bins.... Don't know if these were the ones he then served water in."
