However you did let my wife's wheelchair on without payment thanks for that. I am an ex pilot so it is difficult for your staff to try and explain weight ratios, and the dangers of extra weight.. Then being made to take 1 point something kilos into another lighter bag. However the staff were very good about it. not their fault that they find themselves having to talk through something that just doesn't ad up. However we enjoyed the flight, and the help we received transferring from a very late plane to one almost waiting in Fiji. :-)"

Cons: "My Fiji flights between Honolulu and Auckland were cancelled so they rebooked me on Jetstar and New Zealand Airways Apparently the international date line was not taken into account and I arrived in Sydney hours after my connecting flight to Auckland had already left! I talked to 7 different people in all corners of Sydney airport and no one knew what to do with me. My attempts to call Fiji Airways from my cell phone and then a landline at the airport didn't go through so I ended up messaging a friend in the States and she was able to call and get me booked on a NZ Air flight to Auckland that left the next morning. Both Jetstar and NZ Air gave me different information on what paperwork I needed and what my baggage and carry-on allowance was, which was frustrating. I finally arrived in Auckland 26 hours later than scheduled. I understand the cyclone cancelling the Fiji flights but the rescheduling error caused some significant expenses and a great deal of hassle."

Pros: "Food was great!! Flight attendants provided excellent service. Entertainment was really good, and the plane looked pretty new."
Cons: "There was barely enough room for everyones stuff in the overhead containers. Because of the location of my seat (aisle, just when the number of seats oer row changes) I got bumped on my shoulder quite frequently."

Cons: "Absolutely horrible. This airline is truly the Greyhound of the sky. There was an absurd amount of families on this flight with really young screaming, ill-behaved children and their indifferent parents. The flight attendants were equally indifferent and unhelpful. You get absolutely nothing for free - everything cost - food, blankets, pillows, etc. on this 10 hour flight. AND when water was requested, it was a small, mouthwash size cup with a note, that "we charge for water." $4. Wow. Probably one of the worst experiences in the air ever. I won't be back. The price was stellar, but after paying for seats, luggage and enduring the people on the flight, I'd prefer to pay more and get A LOT MORE from an airline like Virgin Australia. If you're cutting corners and trying to save money, save yourself and your sanity and spend a little more on quality airline."

I booked an aisle seat and got something right in the middle. When I told them I payed for seating they told me that you can pay for it but they still don't guarantee that you get the seat. Why exactly do I spent money on seating then? I'll never fly jetstar again."

Cons: "Communication of luggage restrictions was not communicated by Kayak and the customer care from Jet Star provided inaccurate communication regarding luggage restriction. We had to ship 2 of our luggage with another carrier. When we arrived at the airport, we saw others with large luggage that the customer care indicated was not allowed on the flight. Crew was not friendly - rude. A nine hour flight should provide food and drinks - complimentary. At the very least water should be provided. Boarding - they did not open the lounge area so everybody was sitting on the floor for a long period of time. Seating - crammed (narrow and we are small) Charge for entertainment - we were charged in advance for entertainment and then they provided free to all passengers - no mention of a refund for those that were incorrectly charged."

I just got off an amazing domestic flight with Delta on only a 5 hour flight and they gave us FREE unlimited soft drinks, juice, coffee, tea and WATER!!! They also gave nuts, pretzels and cookies and we're kind enough to give my 3 children extra. Also, to our wonderful surprise their inflight entertainment was free as well! I PAID for inflight entertainment on Jetstar & my TV barely worked! The food was horrendous and ridiculously expensive! When I asked if I could have a cup of water, the flight attendant on Jet star told me to go to the back of the plane and get it myself!!!!! Are you serious??? I went to get it myself and then got yelled at by another flight attendant who told me, " you're not allowed back here!" Get your stories straight Jetstar ugh attendants - or how about you give your passengers FREE water on their 10 hour flight!! Because I had to get the water myself, I then got trapped in the back of the plane because ALL the flight attendants were in the isles for 30 minutes taking the entire planes drink orders & everyone had to pay by credit card! When they weren't in the isles being cashiers, they are found sleeping in the back and knitting! Really? This what I paid for- to watch them sleep & knit??? And me or my family (3 children) couldn't even get water or decent food? Thanks for nothing Jetstar!!! Never again!"

Cons: "I was not allowed to recline my chair. The passenger behind me demanded a crew member to tell me to put my chair all the way up so I was not able to sleep. And after my already 30 hours of travel I was pretty irritated. There was no free entertainment, which I think is pretty cheap of Jetstar for a flight of that length. The flight was also delayed for two and a half hours and we were never actually given a reason. I also believe that the bag charges are pretty outrageous. The expectation of zero kilograms is extremely unreasonable."

The boarding agent was nice and let us board earlier.The Inflight staff was pleasant.I had an issue with my son's entertainment. It was not working. The prongs from a previous flight was stuck inside the holes for the ear phones. The inflight staff offered a snack for my son up to $10 which was the equal to the amount I paid for entertainment. I had paid for everything in advance,check in baggage , seat assignments,food, comfort pack,and entertainment round trip. I wanted my boys and myself to be comfortable for the 11 hour flight. Cons: "Howzit, My experience from Melbourne to Honolulu was exhausting.I could not sleep.These are my reasons why: 1) Our flight was delayed from a 5pm to 9:55pm, then finally to a 11:55pm.departure. I had to check in after 2pm. because I had to return my rental car at 2pm. I went thru a 3rd party and I was unable to extend my rental car return to a later time. We were given refreshment vouchers at check in. 2) By the time we boarded we were extremely exhausted,thirsty,and hungry for we have been at the airport for 9 hours with only three $15 refreshment vouchers. 3) Then, after the meal service my son vomited because he said his child meal, a pasta dish, tasted bad like it was old or spoiled. He said it didn't taste fresh. The inflight staff was pleasant and helped me clean up with serviettes. Then, the inflight staff reseated the passengers in a row right in front of us to other seats ,because of the vomit odor was unpleasant, and so my son can lay down to sleep,because he was feeling very ill from the food. My overall experience from Melbourne to Honolulu was exhausting because I could not sleep. My son was ill most of the flight from food poisoning from spoiled food he had eaten. Aloha, Irene"

Cons: "Everything else. They tried to up charge me 350 for my carry on saying it was way over their weight limit. I didn't see anything on the site when booking that gave their limits."

Cons: "Had to buy something for Christmas last minute and went to include it on my reservation and I couldn't add it so I wait to pay at the counter. Just for a little duffle bag to check in was $160 USD....I was running late because there was a que at the customer service desk of people lining up to pay $160 for any check in bag. These pigs were more worried about their $160 then getting us to our gate on time so they gave us gold lane stamps. I only had 30mins before boarding and they didn't give a rat that I was still on the line to pay $160, they needed their $160 more than me making it to my flight. I had to run to tsa and run to the gate...it was quite a way too to gate 30 at HNL. I was trenched and barely made it, my legs were sore when I was on my flight to Sydney from running. There was a couple that was behind me on the que line and I never saw them on the plane or when we got off in Sydney, I don't think they made it."
Pros: "Fantastic, the 787. Quietest plane I have ever been on. (Windows with controlled tint, confort section especially nice, even the cattle car is better than other planes. Food deal needs to be worked out. The entertainment system did not work so people had to either talk to one another or read--the horror!"
