The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

A part of the interior wall fell off onto my foot upon take off and I had to hold it in place for a while until a hostess came....doesn’t give you the best feeling when the plane starts breaking on take off. One of the male stewards was appalling towards a young mum I sat next too...too the extent of giving her dirty looks because she spilled a bit of water on the seat and then told her she had to pack everything away she was using, including the baby wipes! I stepped in and told him how this was not ok and all other staff members were helpful and he was making this Mum upset. He should not be working for such a people friendly reputable airline! Maybe Jetstar instead! Was appalled at the entire flight to be honest!"

The employees made sure I boarded my flight and I came home to my sister’s wedding"
Cons: "Kayak doesn’t specify its two separate tickets for my destination to kochi from Honolulu, also they didn’t specify their would be a stop in Japan before the flight reached Singapore. The flights were delayed by a few minutes, which led to me stressing to make it on time to my flights, and I felt dehydrated and nauseous. Also the website doesn’t specify that we will have to purchase meals either before hand or on board, and that the airlines only took cash and no credit card. It was miserable, a whole 20+ hour flight with lots of stress of catching my flight, checking and the checking my baggage, and being hungry and thirsty because I didn’t carry enough cash on me."

Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

But since the first leg is always getting in and you have to bus to the terminal, transit time is about 30 mins. Pros: "It is so far a cut above the American carriers. There’s no way to compare them, because Qatar Airways is so far superior. The seats are far more comfortable and larger, the amount of legroom is far superior, you have much more personal space, and the craft is cleaner. Flight Attendants are fantastic! They provide excellent personal care, and are there for everything. They are supremely polite and courteous, and bring things in mediately. Very often anticipating your needs. This is what flying used to be like on United and American. But those people have completely forgotten what service is. Qatar is a 5 star airline. United and American, to my view, are 2 star at best."

However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Sorry is not enough for this big hassle."

I have reservations wheather to book with BA ever again due to my bad experience. 2 hours wasted on the phone, followed by calls the next day to finally get 2 off flights cancelled and a return flight amended in my party of 3. Not fun!!"

Cons: "Hardly saw a steward in business class the whole flight. Must be part of BA’s cost saving initiatives, but means you don’t get food on time, offered drinks or even a menu"

Cons: "Understand sometimes out of airlines control but reduce delays"

Cons: "The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app"

Pros: "All crews are kind, friendly and excellent services, the handling of missed flight is good."
Cons: "The plane is too old lots of things falling apart, toilet door, tv screen and its remote control ect .."

Pros: "Seat super small, could not avoid touching other passengers, I am not obese."
Cons: "One toilet for 120 economy class passengers, no beverages served complimentary, even a glass of water cost you. Unbelievable cheap, crappy airline now, what a downfall for such a carrier."

Cons: "The flight should have been on time rather than 2 hours late. The Gate agents should have been more honest about what was happening."

Pros: "yes seats were more comfortable and more leg room than the other airlines I have used"

Cons: "BA need to stop the silly practice of boarding according to status - it’s inefficent and leaves me with the impression that BA is obsessed with pseudo hierarchy."

Cons: "Knees pressed up against the chair in front. Being tall means an uncomfortable ride. I was not paying £29 for an emergency seat."

Pros: "I only like the voucher idea but still doesn't cover up all the other things ."
Cons: "I didn't like that it delayed my plans and it was unexpected and they did not inform us until I go to the airport , for 30 minutes in the air we had to wait 6 hours"

Pros: "As always no issues at all, I reserved my seats early to get extra leg room which is always great. Fast boarding and a quick flight, having been on a long haul flight a few hours before I needed this to get home."

Cons: "Flight was delayed and had to sit on the tarmac for 40 minutes. Almost missed the next flight. Rude British Airways stewards."

Pros: "Helpful staff, very pleasant flight and even arrived early!"
Cons: "The fact that you had to buy even water."

Cons: "Not enough overhead bin storage space. If they want to start charging people for bags they need to improve their overhead storage ability. This was a commuter flight from Amsterdam to London. So the entertainment was not really there"

Cons: "This flight boarded late without any notice to passengers which caused us to be late into our connecting flight."

Cons: "4 hours delayed.. Uncomfortable seats .. unclear screens"

Pros: "The captain made a very smooth landing in extremely poor conditions."
Cons: "Everything you don't get in business class. Since the flight was only 40 minutes, I put up with it."

Cons: "The complete lack of help from BA staff after I missed my flight. No helpful suggestions at all when I asked for guidance. Just 'the flight is closed and there are no more seats left today'."

Pros: "I liked the ability to check in online. Check in staff could be a little bit friendlier. Flight crew were fairly pleasant. Entertainment on board was excellent."
Cons: "I disliked the fact that when I tried to download my boarding pass on to my BA app, it told me there appeared to be an issue with at least one of my travelling documents when this was absolutely incorrect (was travelling with a valid British passport). I had no problems whatsoever at the airport at the check in counter. Also, the boarding gate was slightly chaotic. Most people didn't know which queue to join at the boarding gate. Some form of clear explanation when you arrive at the boarding gate would be helpful."

Pros: "Comfortable short hop"

Cons: "One world premium member, last seat next to the bathroom, rude check in staff who we’re highly unhelpful saying they had no authority to help and to use ba.com for customer service issues and outrageous checked bag fees €75. Never again BA."

Pros: "Nothing. Delayed. Waiting around a lot. No satisfactory explanation."
Cons: "Delays. Poor communication. Disappointment that you can now count on BA to be worse than just about all other airlines."

Cons: "1 hour flight took 3 hours because they sat on the ground counting baggage...twice.nothing"

Pros: "Nothing, nothing. At all."
Cons: "After hours at the gate, the flight was finally deemed cancelled. I missed my layover and was forced to stay over night at a airport hotel. I had paid a change fee to come home specifically for that day which I lost, not to mention 9 hours in the airport... the flights for the following day were totally downgraded from my original booking. Was so upset I could have cried...."

Cons: "Announcements on plane very loud sometimes"

Cons: "We where not able to take the fligth's due to a passport issue, according to Netherlands rules my passport should be valid 90 days before entering the country and my expired July 29, 2018, when i booked no one advised me of such rules. I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."

Cons: "Overbooked. Bumped off - next flight more than 7 hours later."

Pros: "Loads of leg room. Comfy."
Cons: "No food, no hold luggage allowance. Online checkin process is clunky and buggy."
