Pros: "Crew was nice."
Cons: "Ordered a vegan meal for flight companion pre-flight; we *both* received a vegan meal (it seems like people with incompatible diets cannot book their flights together). Flight seemed to have run out meals since a random third person in my row requested an extra meal and was told they were out. Flight etiquette of other passengers would have been nice; for example, it was also fairly unsafe for a father and child to keep walking up and down the aisles, let alone the bumping into people they kept doing."
Pros: "The employees of Air New Zealand always make our trips excellent."
Cons: "I always have trouble hearing the announcements in the waiting areas at the airports. Why can't they (airports) fix that."
Pros: "Crew were helpful and pleasant and it was nice to get a drink of water, a cookie and the offer of a cup of tea or coffee"
Cons: "Had to cancel trip because a passenger was hit by a car one week before the trip. Refused a refund by the airline."
Cons: "It was the shortest flight of my itinerary. My last flight home. We sat on the plane for nearly 45 minutes before take off and it was late getting home. Totally ridiculous. Every flight in and out of Eugene is ridiculous like that"

Cons: "First time travelling with the airline and wasn't aware of having to book things like food and entertainment. These things come standard with all other airlines I have flow with so was very surprised when finding out about it mid flight. Can't say I was very pleased but must say crew were very good"
Cons: "Preferred seats in economy class are very uncomfortable if your row is full. Long, miserable flight."

Pros: "Felt like the pilot was experienced and skilled because It was very smooth in departing and landing."
Cons: "There was a lady sitting on my assigned seat. She said flight attendance told her that is ok to do. I wouldn't mind if she or staff asked me with legitimate reasons. It happened at mt last trip; ending up sitting next to big person instead of sitting with my 12 year old daughter."
Pros: "Everything went smoothly, AND the flight was pretty empty so I got to spread out over 3 seats to sleep. A treat!"
Cons: "Two hour delay. They gave us three different excuses, probably all lies."
Cons: "Our flight was “delayed” 12 hours! Notably not cancelled and rebooked because then they would have to compensate us, I believe"
Cons: "The A320 seats help define the “bus” portion of Airbus."
Pros: "Tailwinds made the trip arrive earlier than expected even with a slight delay boarding due to the jet not arriving exactly on time. The ERJ's are really nice with the updated seats and tray table in the armrest. It was only an hour and a half flight, so no real way to rate food or entertainment."
Pros: "Flight was on time and I received my checked baggage."
Cons: "Seat was uncomfortable due to insufficient foot space. All (about 6) overhead bins in the rear of the aircraft were full because crew stored “essential equipment” in them. Crew was not professional. After takeoff they never came around to see if anyone needed anything and not even a glass of water was offered for the entire flight. They didn’t even ensure that everyone wore seatbelts on landing - woman next to me was stretched out hugging her companion while landing wilth unbuckled seatbelt. Entertainment screen did not wirk properly."
