Cons: "They can’t really do anything about this, but babies screaming all around me made the flight pretty terrible. Infants shouldn’t be flying. My god"
Pros: "The plane left on time, the ride was smooth and journey felt safe throughout its entirety. I enjoyed the flexibility of the seats; the quality of the cutlery, duvet, headphones and the matteress provided. The ICE is a brilliant entertainment system; giving an array of films to watch and games to play. The cabin crew were polite, friendly and helpful, and gave an excellent service as one would expect from travelling business."
Cons: "The interior of the 777-300 was outdated, especially knowing that 777's have gone through an interior overhaul, so I was unfortunate to not be on of those refurbished planes. The food and the Virgin Mojito was not the best as I did expect it to better considering this was a business class. And the ICE tablet and its remote is not the most userfriendly nor responsive to use, as it does get a bit fiddly."

The flight attendants overall disposition towards the passengers needs to improve. - at times they forgot what was asked of them."

Pros: "Emirates has great programming and the TV screens are the best I've experienced among airlines. LOTS of choices, great sound, screens not to dark like many on US-based carriers and GREAT Headphones."
Cons: "The food was poor quality, overcooked and even though I'd ordered a vegan meal, did not receive it. Crew was just okay. Completely disappeared after 1st meal; no water/juice service unless you went back to the back and asked for it. Overall was very disappointed based on previous reviews. This was a "meh" mediocre experience!"

Cons: "The flight attendances were rude. Lot of mosquitoes inside the aircraft. Mosquitoes were every where. The aircraft were dirty and did not clean. under the seat trash, passenger food table was dirty, I had to ask crew member for napkin to clean. I would not recommend any one to take emirates. certainly i would not fly emirates again."

Cons: "For this flight boarding was smooth as my previous flight was late and an Emirates employee ran us through security and to this flight on time. For the people reading this review who might think my kid would have been messy or cranky on the flight so we were treated this way, that was not the case, she not even cried once or made a mess. Same as my previous flight with crew, Crew were so late in responses, my wife actually walked to their place 2 times to get milk for the baby. Also she was not served food at all when they served breakfast. We requested Hindu meal and I was served hindu meal and she was missed and when they served lunch she was told she has not requested prior to the flight and can only be served a regular meal, which she gladly accepted. Kid was not served any food again, so we gave her solid from our meal. When we requested some food for the baby she was given a banana baby food(Kid did not even eat it). Taste of the food was edible(Not great). Overall do not fly emirates with a kid"

Cons: "Delayed over 4 hrs, missed connecting flight as we were supposed to meet with in Frankfurt. Spent hrs getting a new itinerary, one bag never showed up in Nairobi."

Cons: "Was almost impossible to make this connection. Honestly I probably should’ve been moved to yet another later flight. Ground crew said my bag had made it on board, so i waited and waited but it never showed up in Kraków. Lost luggage team was helpful and told me it didn’t make the flight - it was on the next one. Hopefully it gets delivered soon but it will be difficult bc my air bnb has no buzzer"

If the flight is delayed, there should be proper high priority check in and bus transport implemented so we arrive at our gate on time. Me and the 2 other passengers had zero chance to arrive on time and were at a loss of breath. And i paid for my selected seats to which i am asking for a refund because what happened was unacceptable. When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"
