Cons:
The company tried to take €600.00 of deposit for a small car, where other companies take up to 1000 PLN for a big car. I had to simply resign from hiring as the team was very rude and unhelpful and get a car at the airport from a different company paying only 500.00 PLN deposit. I have been told that this company does not pay the deposit back mostly to the foreign customers, making up false damage claims. Be aware!!!!10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
I ordered a Mercedes Benz through kayak for a specific price and called ahead in advance to make sure that I would receive the car. The worker told me I would as long as I had a reservation, but upon arrival, I was told to contact budget because there must've been a problem with the reservation, and they told me to contact kayak. All of this was a big hassle, and I just got a different car instead. I'm unsatisfied and won't be using kayak anymore.10.0 Wonderful
