NOT on KOREAN AIR - full belly, no chapped lips! They even have hydration spray in the bathrooms and lotion too!! You get slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, headphones, and did I mention the games and movies on your INDIVIDUAL SCREEN ARE FREE? In case you are wondering... I flew COACH. Another note from this trip on the level of service. There were a couple of people, who I think were Vietnamese. They spoke no Korean and no English. The flight attendants even made an effort to find another passenger who spoke the language to explain the U.S. Immigration form because the forms were in Korean and English as the flight was coming ion from Korea. It was probably also available in Chinese and Japanese since many from there also take the Korean Air flight to the U.S. Still, the couple spoke none of those languages. They were behind me. It turned out that no one else on the flight spoke their language. So what did the attendants do? Well, they filled out the forms for them so they could get to their family, who turned out to be in Houston."

About an hour from Korea, about 3 a.m. we were awakened by the brightening cabin lights and served a full dinner. It was a nice gesture; my connecting flight was more than 18 hours later and the dinner helped with both time change syndrome and with hunger pangs. KAL was also very helpful with my change of schedule; I was returning to the US for medical needs including unexpected surgery recommended by my Asian physician, on a schedule to meet needs of my US physician, KAL is definitely a first class outfit, and has proved it with every flight I've taken."

I asked if I could have one after I had woken up and they asked for my seat number. They said that I could have receive a complementary hotel stay had the ticket not been promotional. They said I could pay 125 dollars for a hotel. I agreed to it. However, they told me that "the captain of the flight denied your request". Upon further questioning, the only response that I had was "this is not my problem". So, I ended up being stranded in airport for more than 25 hrs in total (round trip). I checked in at their Oryx lounge, paying 56 dollars for 6 hrs. The lounge could have been a good place for shorter transits (say like 5 hrs), but for 12 hrs, it was not really a comfortable place to be in. Altogether a horrible experience."

I was travelling with an infant, and he refused to fill a bottle of water to prepare milk, and said that I had to wait until they finished their ongoing service.."

Cons: "The first flight was late by over an hour and nobody could tell us why. They also serve food once and you don't get a snack or anything--you don't even see the attendants--for another 10 hours. Then they serve breakfast close to an hour before landing. The crew is constantly telling you to sit as if you weren't allowed to use the toilet at all when the seatbelt sign is on--and it's on the whole time. So you have to be asking permission to use the toilet when you are right next to the toilet door and about to go in because they don't allow you to use it. That's not healthy for someone to hold it."

I got sick during the flight and was so impressed by how the flight attendants handled the situation. They kept checking on me during the flight, asking if I needed anything, encouraging me, and taking care of me. I really appreciated the help!"

You could not request seats ahead of time and would tell you check in online and when you tried it would fail and told us to go to the airport which we did the day before and they told us they couldn’t do anything. Every agent told us something different about meal plans and seats. Crew onboard were not friendly and rude to us in economy. The vegetarian meal requested was awful and ended up being vegan which was not what we requested. When I asked for fruit plate off the regular menu the flight attendant never followed back up with me and so we didn’t eat any food for on a 15+ hour flight. Even though they had 100+ empty seats we couldn’t move around. Overall I was highly disappointed in their service on this flight."

They did not stop passengers from unloading their bags and standing up before the flight even stopped at the gate. I am frustrated with Qantas overall because we landed late and because of the customs requirement we had to pick up our bags and bring them to another bag drop for my American Airline flight to Tampa. Because of the flight delay and Customs I missed my flight by 10 minutes. And am now awaiting the next flight home which was 4 hours later."

There was NO way to contact Quantas or go back or do anything to get my clothing back. No one at the airport had any suggestions for me. The airport phone that dialed Quantas was only for frequent flyer point inquiries. I have now been trying for a full day (three phone calls with zero helpfulness) to see if anything can be done. I understand that I made the mistake of forgetting my items but the 17 hour flight left me a bit spacey. I am super frustrated."

With running that late along with the grounds crew taking over an hour to get the bags off the plane, we along with many others missed our connecting flight. Based on the oh well attitude of the supposed manager at American Airlines/qantas I won't be taking qantas on my next trip."

Cons: "The kioks were a joke. I entered my details, it displayed both boarding passes but only printed one. Had repeat the process. The queue for checking in luggage was also terrible. No organisation what so ever. I waited in a queue that switched staff twice and when i got to the front i was advised that it was break time and she didn't know who was replacing her. I was called over by another staff member at a different queue. Another passenger jumped in. Someone then manned my original queue who called over the person that was originlally behind me. The passnger advised that I was first but the staff memeber rudely told me to wait. The other passenger insisted so I was finally served. Terrible and frustrating experience"

These should be reserved for shorter passengers only who do not require many ups and downs from their seats during the flight. No one should have to pay to choose a seat ahead of time! Except Qantas, I've never seen an airline charge to choose a regular, non-premium seat. That is ridiculous to charge $30, especially when the airfare was over $1300."

The lady at the counter said that we had to check in at least 3 hours before the flight, which is a lie. I asked if there is anything she can help re-schedule, and she simple refused to help in anyway. I am very disappointed on the service of Quanta airline."

She was sitting in the bulkhead maybe row 60?- the patient was just a few rows in front of the restrooms."

One blew a whistle at a passenger when they got up to use the bathroom after we landed."
Cons: "Boarding passes were not properly issued causing us to miss connection in LA. Flight left Nadi an hour late and although pilot indicated time would be made up, a 10+ hour flight resulted in less than 15 minutes of time made up. There is no possible reason a flight of this length could not make up the entire deficiency. We were told customer service reps would be available for passengers with tight connections. The customer service rep basically told us there was nothing she could do since we had to go thru customs. Will never fly this airline again. Fly to New Zealand previously on Air New Zealand and will use them in future. Price difference is not worth the service deficiencies."

Forced to sit in tge middle seats although my husband has a history of blood clots and needs to move during the flight. Very cramped flight. My favorite thing on Fiji airways are the blankets. Big and soft - very luxurious. It was a overnight flight, but I felt there was not enough water offered during the flight. Overall, good value for money."

Then they try to find any little thing wrong if it's with your bag, or carry whatever they try to make you pay for EVERYTHING! they were about to take away my 3 liquids which was less than 3 ounces because it wasn't in a plastic bag. ALL OF THE OTHER AIRLINES I HAVE USED HAVE NEVER DONE THIS! So I had to leave security go back outside. Come back in and get a plastic bag. If your bag is even a pound over weight, regardless of the fact if you really can't pay it. They won't be nice and help you out at all like some other airlines do for example Air New Zealand, AA, I could go on. Also, more than half of the staff are so condescending and rude, they like refuse to be nice and help out a passenger. If I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO AND AS A LAST RESORT then I would use Fiji. But for right now I will NEVER USE THEM. And I will suggest to my family and friends not to use the airline!!"

I bought these tickets almost five months in advance. This time for months the login kept telling me my plane wasn't available to choose seats yet, then when I finally gave up and called the airline everyone else had already gotten their assigned seats, and I was left with two mediocre choices. Then when I got to the airport even thpse crappy seats had been changed again to the very last seat row which has seats that don't recline at all, stuffed behind seats that Do recline so it was basically impossible to get out of the seat, let alone relax, for eleven hours. Furious, this was the worst overseas flight I have ever taken. Also, why on earth do they keep waking us up to feed us strange and unappealing food in the middle of the night?"
