Pros: "The service was outstanding! All of the flight attendants were amazing!"
Cons: "Its sad to see that only the female flight attendants look after the restrooms, no male attendants were seen doing it on both flights. Disappointing in this day and age this still exists."
Pros: "Fast boarding. Early arrival. Comfortable seat."
Cons: "I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"
Pros: "One of several preferred airlines when flying to Asia. Really enjoy their service, and it's wonderful to wake up to many beauties in view!"
Pros: "The crew was friendly"
Cons: "In this fairly new plane, the rows of seats are so close together, the leg room is minimal. When the tray is lowered, you feel completely squashed in the seat. The food trays are not picked up quickly after eating."
Pros: "Crew were helpful and attended to any needs that we requested. As I am a big person the seat is never that comfortable but Singapore Airlines seating is more spacious than other companies I have flown with."
Cons: "The food was not too attractive, better variety of main meals"

Cons: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"

Cons: "The lights were switched off for a very long time. That can be avoided"

Pros: "The food in Premium Economy was good and there are plenty of movies to choose from. The staff were lovely."
Cons: "I had paid for Premium Economy and was seated in Row 30. The passengers were boarded up to row 28, then from to back of the plane forward then I was boarded with the last remaining passengers. That was not what I feel should have happened. I did not like the footrest on the seats."
Cons: "We got off an hour and a half late as there was an audio technical problem."
Pros: "Flying Air NZ is a pleasure. You guys generally do a very good job. Even though the flight left late I was impressed with the Pilot announcement to allow connecting passengers to leave the plane first, and all others remain seated."

I lost my baggage and it’s been three days didn’t able to find out. Also ticket was issued for qatar airways but they ended up board me on to Indigo from Doha to Hyderabad. My trip made miserable without cloths.

Cons: "The flight left the gate an hour late without giving us any explanation, I missed my connecting flight. The airline did offer a hotel to stay in, but no other apology or explanation was given to about 15 of us who missed a connecting flight."

Cons: "Crew is very slow in serving and removing spiked plates. Food menu is very limited and not even asking for Tea or coffee, very poor service, feedback alone they ask verbally and thank to be positive. Late boarding not proper announcements"

Cons: "Staff constantly woke me up for snacks and drinks, which is good on one hand but I was sleeping so deep that it was a bit annoying."
Pros: "My mom traveled alone for the first time. She doesn't speak English very well. I'm so impressed with the crew that they took good care of my mother. They understood her super broken English and served her real good vegetarian food. Thanks again."

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!
In terms of meal, I rather have it simple , like pork, chicken or beef. Plus rice.
Cons: "The entertainment system constantly plays media you can't control during the full takeoff and landing times, you can't even turn off the screen. This was particularly annoying during a nighttime landing. Also most of the movies had their content edited."

Pros: "I was feeling very bad during flight. Crew made everything possible to make this flight comfortable for me. They took good care of me and were stopping by me, to check how am I feeling during whole flight."
Cons: "This is not about airlines, but about passengers. All airlines should prohibit passengers to use fragrance. This lady who flew next to me, had strong perfume and it felt like she used half of the bottle, cause it was impossible to breath."
Pros: "Food and crew from SFO to Istanbul were the best. I couldn’t have asked for better. However , arriving in Istanbul the service severely deteriorated. Had to wait a long time for a wheelchair and then was just dropped off at the gate. When I asked for assistance down the jetway I was told “it’s just a short walk”. All of the business class people gathered in a group and charged when the door opened. I was afraid but walked down"
Cons: "No assistance at Istanbul airport turned my opinion of Turkish airlines. The is not my first bad experience at Istanbul with wheelchair service but thought it would be better since I flew business class this time. Movies are old and need to be updated"
