Pros: "Price is good"
Cons: "The food can be more improve"

Cons: "More storage space in business"

Pros: "I loved that the airline offered several meals, snack options and drinks. The attendants were amazing and would highly recommend Singapore airlines to anyone flying internationally"
Cons: "The limited arm room/personal space. Not much leg room in economy for a 10 hour flight. Would be nice if airlines would decrease the number of seats and give a little more room so people aren’t hitting each other in the head with their arms"

Pros: "When the seat folded down (business class) into a bed, it gave almost a twin size bed that was flat."
Cons: "Being in business class, I had expected the food to be better. Also, the red wines offered were only a sub selection of the ones in the menu."

Pros: "Crew was amazing"

Pros: "The crew was amazing. It was my first time flying so I was a little nervous but they made me feel safe and welcomed. The friendly crew was honestly what made the whole experience great."

Pros: "Super friendly crew. Enough food and drink."

Cons: "Flat beds on second flight"

Cons: "Satisfied service friendly staff overall satisfied."

Pros: "Foods. Drinks. Entertainment."
Cons: "Nothing. Everything’s so perfect!"

Cons: "Singapore Airlines is so wildly overrated. The service is frequently poor, and the cabin environment dirty and old unless flying on their very latest planes. Even their A380s are now stale and musty. Not nice."

Pros: "Friendly staff Good customer service"
Cons: "There was nothing i dislike"

Pros: "Cabin crew was excellent and the premium economy seat was very comfortable and accommodating. The choice of food from the variety menu was also delicious."

Pros: "They were polite."
Cons: "Not as attentive as ANA or China Airlines. I had to give 4-5 request to get what I want."

Pros: "I do like Singapore airlines and all the rest of the airline stuff apart from the entertainment system was great!!! (Unfortunately since there was no USB or seat power my iPad fairly quickly ran out of juice...)"
Cons: "The entertainment system was soooo old. In our seats it was non-functional. The plane wasn't too full and so I scooted over to the isle seat next to mine but again the resolution on the screen was so bad I couldn't read the intro comments to the movie, etc. They desperately need to update the entertainment system on that plane."

Pros: "Very comfortable"
Cons: "I don’t see anything I didn’t like"

Pros: "Again friendly and efficient staff and a smooth flight. Best features of Singapore Airlines."
Cons: "The business class seats were smaller than I thought and not so comfortable as the 777. The seats are hard and ungiving and when you sleep on them you really feel it. Plus the flatbed lay out meant you were basically lying in a question mark position, not so goof for tall people like my husband. The food was good but uninteresting and I think for an overnight flight there should be more smaller, lighter, non spicy options offered rather that full dinners."

Pros: "All"
Cons: "Too much stop over"

Cons: "The seat's recline button was broken which meant having to sit for 12+ hours upright. Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

Pros: "Very organized"
Cons: "Seats could be a bit more comfortable in premium economy"

Pros: "Everyone was very attentive and nice. The leg room is decent ."
Cons: "Some of the food didn't taste amazing, would've like maybe a different choice other than salmon or curry pork"

Pros: "I haven’t flown Emirates, but SQ beats the many others I have flown by a significant margin—especially the Chinese airlines, but also all major US airlines, JAL, Korean, et al."

Cons: "I Booked a flight that stated that it only had one stop in singapore, then direct to SFO after arriving in singapore i was told that i had to go to a transfer counter, that there was a problem with my ticket. after arriving at the transfer counter they took my boarding pass for my dircet flight to SFO, & told me that i now had a stop in hong kong, that the direct flight to SFO was over booked!! this is not right i wouldn't of booked this flight if they had been truthfull about the extra stop. i will never use singapore airline or kayak again!!!"

Cons: "Mediocre food, lousy entertainment system that belongs to the last decade. Singapore Airlines has not been the premium carrier it was a decade ago and is now simply a so-so airline charging exorbitant fares."

Pros: "Overall experience"
Cons: "Could have had a better selection of movies"

Pros: "Entertainment even in economy class was excellent -- tons of movies, games, etc. Cabin crew were friendly. Bathroom was very large."
Cons: "In economy, seating was incredibly tight (very little legroom) and at least in my seat, very little reclining. For a 14 hour flight through the night, it made it very difficult to actually get any rest. Food was OK."

Pros: "The presence and attitude of the flight attendants were highly pleasant and accommodating. The entire flight was very comfortable and made the 9 hour journey from Manchester to Houston Texas fast and enjoyable. The flight attendants always had a wonderful smile which felt genuine many a time and always made an effort to speak at the level of the passenger. When I had trouble connecting to the Wifi, one attendant even knelt down and connected my phone manually as I was not tech savvy in this regard. The food was of much higher quality as well compared to other airlines I traveled with on this trip."
Cons: "Really the only issue was there was a 2 hour delay on departure, however this was due to issues out of control of the airline and I did not mind as the airline's ambience and my experience with it overshadowed any delays."

Pros: "Crew was overall friendly"
Cons: "Old plane, entertainment system very old and doesn't work properly, wake you up in the middle of the night for breakfast, service not efficient as half of the plane orders Indian food and get served first"

Pros: "The trend to offer more comfort in Economy Plus and similar leads, of course to less comfort in normal Economy class. The ticket price was certainly attractive but it is doubtful that it was good value. Economy Plus might not be good value either."
Cons: "Barely enough legspace. Some seats recline more than others, if you're sitting behind one of those you're out of luck."

Pros: "The flight wasn't full so we had a spare seat between us, That made economy barely tolerable."
Cons: "The seats in economy are now Way TOO SMALL! You better start calling Economy - "Stearage"! Food was not as good as on past flights with SA. Movie selection not as good as past SA flights. Earphones supplied are horrible!!!"

Pros: "SQ always has top quality service and that came through today."

Pros: "With 15 and 1/2 hours on the flight ahead, I was dreading the long, tedium of sitting for hours upon hours. But Singapore Airlines made the time fly with friendly service right when you were getting hungry and pleasant assistance when requested. Thank you Singapore Airline Flight Attendants!!"

Pros: "Everything was outstanding. The cleanliness of the airplane, the food, the friendliness of the crew, I just can't say enough good things about my experience flying on Singapore Airlines."

Pros: "Consistency of service, efficient"
Cons: "Having to convert chair to bed and vice versa. Prefer one that can just go flat st touch of button"

Pros: "FOOD, ADVANCE SEATING & JETWAY TO UPPER DECK"
Cons: "SMALL SPACE FOR FEET IN BUS. CLASS AND HEAD REST NOT THE MOST COMFORTABLE"

Pros: "Great flight amazing service"

Pros: "My partner had a bad leg and the staff were very attentive and helpful in making her as comfortable as possible with extra pillows and getting ice for her ice pack."
Cons: "The seats were uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep without getting a really stiff neck. The vegetarian oriental meal was bee hoon with vegetables but the amount of vegetables were a lot more than the bee hoon thus making the meal less than filling and satisfying."

Cons: "good"

Pros: "Excellent service by flight crew. Good selection for entertainment. Flight was enjoyable."

Pros: "great service. new plane. excellent video system."
Cons: "not much to complain about."

Pros: "Overall very good."
Cons: "Weren't informed of status of connecting flight while in flight. Learnt that the connecting flight was held back on arrival in terminal."

Pros: "Good crew, but working with some tired, old equipment."
Cons: "The padding in my seat seemed to be a bit thin and became progressively more uncomfortable as the flight progressed. The in-flight entertainment systems are really showing some wear & tear. The screen was blurry, the letters on the control buttons had work off and the sound quality was terrible."

Pros: "Great food and fantastic service"
Cons: "Needs more legroom"

Cons: "Aircraft was dated with old business class seats which are worn. Minimal options in movies to watch"

Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Cabin too hot"

Pros: "Service was outstanding. The staff was attentive and helpful from start to finish."
Cons: "Not all the food was to my personal taste. I understand however that being on a flight to and from Asia would lean toward choices more characteristic to the region."

Pros: "Thank you flight itself was v good but not check in"
Cons: "Check in was terrible Long slow moving lines to just drop a bag! Can definitely improve as it is not like this anywhere any longer"

Pros: "I have never encountered nicer more professional staff. They always had smiles and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I always tell friends if they have a chance to fly Singapore Airlines to do it. They won't regret it. Especially on long flights."
Cons: "I was in economy class but I would have liked more leg room. My knees where hurting from having little leg room."

Pros: "I like that I could check in 2 suitcase and able to choose my sitting when it's available."
