my screen did not work, but the middle seat was empty so I used the middle screen. Also, I appreciate that I was allowed to switch to an earlier flight and avoid short delay during boarding
The leg room in the plane was really small. Also I was sitting near very large man who basically occupied third of my seat space so it was even more uncomfortable.
Boarding was so bad in Frankfurt to mumbai total chaos no directions no boarding order
Nice airplane, quick boarding, excellent crew. The entertainment choices are very poor comparing to previous trips with LH. Food was horrible, neither one of us ate it.
Pros: "The crew on this flight were excellent. Friendly and professional. Attentive and patient."
Cons: "The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people I know on different flights also have big complaints about the food."
Pros: "Nothing was good, Soeacial meal Asian food was pathetic no taste completely bland. Boarding was chaos, too many confusions and crew was clueless. Will never fly A380 again as there are too many passengers and airline don’t know how to handle. On arriving in DEL the baggage room 2:30 hrs to come. Totally disappointed. Lufthansa has no control whatsoever they don’t even care."
Cons: "Everything related to flight could have been better. I have flown Lufthansa multiple times in the past never had such drastic issues like this time. Completely disappointed. Should have booked Qatar instead."
Cons: "This Lufthansa flight was operated by United Airlines. Coach seating was uncomfortable after a couple hours despite moving around regularly."
Cons: "Los Angeles to Frankfurt on an A380 was great. Flight to Tel Aviv was good. But trying to navigate around Frankfurt was very difficult."
Pros: "Efficient, on time, and the experienced air crew did well with a wicked wind shear at takeoff."
Cons: "No movie, no passenger loading from the rear."
Pros: "The food and crew were great.."
Cons: "There was a four hour delay due to a malfunction on the plane in Frankfurt. Upon landing in Atlanta there was no gate to deplane from so we had to sit on the hot plane for over an hour (still sitting as I’m writing this)."
