On the way there the food was not a good Standerd and fly Dubai is very cramped and again the food was not a good Standerd but on the way back food was excellent and staff were very helpful specially a lady which I took time to take her name Maria and another staff which was South African very very polite and helpful i am very sorry that I got her name
Very bad service and food variety will never come back again
Everything was perfect. Staff were informative and professional and flight boarding, flying and de-embarking was smooth. I would certainly travel with Emirates again.
My baby was with me it was really good experience with emirates

Crew were excellent and the bar service and chat fantastic. Cheese board delicious. Amenity kit good, very disappointing not getting pyjamas on this leg of the flight and needed to reuse from earlier flight.
Hospitality is good. Should improve on buggage handling because l lost a suitcase. Layover in Dubai was too long , 6 hours
They should resume the fast track for business / first class passengers
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
Check on was very hard. I believe my seats had been selected when I booked, but when I checked in I had to select seats. My previous pre assigned seats were no longer showing and I had to take seats I did not want. Check in took me forever. I also had to pay an additional 22/seat when I had already paid. Lastly thought I had pre paid for a checked bag., but that did not show up so I had to pay for a checked bag. 75.00????
I purchased premier economy seats but I was seated one row off and was sitting in economy my bottle of water and cookie did not compare to the menus handed OP it in premier.
The flight was ok. The seats are so small. The free wifi for members was not an option on this flight. The one flight attendant, older woman with straight white/grey hair, was very rude. The gentleman next to me asked about the wifi since he was a member as well. He stated, accurately, that the option to enter the idea number was not available. Her response was, "I don't know what to tell you" and walked away from him. The rest of the staff was wonderful. I asked another flight attendant about the wifi, she said the free wifi was not enabled on that flight (true or not- at least she was friendly). It was also pretty dirty. When I opened the tray table it had mushed crumbs and there was a dirty used pair of ear buds in my seat pocket. Lastly the air vent above my head was working but stuck so I was unable to move it to face me when it got warm. I fly American often but this really was not a great flight.
Cramped seating but standard in all smaller aircrafts today no matter what airlines. Crew very helpful, friendly & attentive so makes up for that.

Changed the gate at the last minute but still very organised and lots of communication.
Was diverted to Aberdeen, then had to take a three hour bus ride to Glasgow. No one met us when we arrived here and I never received a hotel.
A nice quick and easy flight. Crew was friendly and it was comfortable.
