Cons: "The flight was delayed for 4 hours making us miss our connecting flight, the revised flight was delayed resuslting in missing our next connection and this resulted it lost baggage. So an 11 hour flight becames 24 hours which is unacceptable when travling with 2 kids. Nevering flying United again."
Cons: "The new plane has no usable pouch to put small items in during takeoff and landing - you have to hold everything now, as the cargo net they use barely opens. As hard as the crew hammers you to put things away, having that pouch is handy. Also, we all know we are crammed in too tight."
Cons: "Gotta figure something out to make boarding simpler. Need to use the two lanes to keep the flow moving. Once group 1 boards, group 3 should line up there. Once group 2 boards, group 4 should line up there, etc."

Pros: "After United lost our luggage in Houston we had to file a claim in Auckland which meant we missed our flight to Wellington. Ground crew were super helpful and got us on the next flight 30 mins later. Cabin crew were great and sorted us out with water and snacks before take off as could tell we were desperate after flying in from London via Houston."

Cons: "The first class flight attendant (male) was the worst. No interest in being on the plane, didn't bother to speak clearlybon the announcements. United should pull this person off of flight duty and deal with this person. The second is a terrible parent who let their kid cry the whole flight and afterwards in the jet way. This wasn't an infant had to be 4-5 years old and there was no parenting at all. The kid was old enough to be talked to. If you're kids can't handle flying, you don't get to fly."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed out of Mpls 2 hours so we had to rebook everything since we would miss our connection in Denver to Honolulu. The process of rebooking was terrible -- took almost 2 hours standing in line and the booking agent wasn't knowledgable Had to make an additional stop in LAX and arrived in Honolulu 5 hours later than we were supposed to. VERY disappointing experience all around!"

Cons: "They split up my family and were not accommodating in helping to find seats near each other. Flight attendants were rude. Requested a veggie meal and got chicken. Seats didn't recline."
Cons: "The flight attendant was unusually pushy about the emergency exit. I am a military member who is fit and flys in the emergency row as much as possible. The attendant threatens to move me because I didn’t know what section of the aircraft the overwing exit was located."

Cons: "It was freezing cold. Apparently something went wrong with AC system as even despite numerous complaints by passengers nothing could be done. Spending 9 hours in a freezing cold plane already has affected my and my husvand's health as we are both now coughing and with blocked noses."

Cons: "The room and the food was horrible. Seems like every time I take a flight people get stuffed into planes like sardines. Also the food selection was nonexistent. There was not enough qty for each person on the flight and the food choices are subpar and very expensive. If u ask me with the exorbant cost of flight to include now the cost to bring luggage is horrible. What happened to the days when airlines actually cared for their customers. I guess those days are long gone. I have been in he military over 17 years and not once have I received a courtesy upgrade to 1st class and I have flew over the world. Guess it's all about the money. And have to pay for entertainment....go figure and why isn't there outlets on every seta in every row. Is that too much to ask!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed. Missed connection. United did not pay for hotel even though there were no more flights for the evening. Could only get me on a flight the next afternoon late. I had to buy a ticket to get home in the morning, no food voucher given, had to pay for something to eat, and again had to pay for a hotel or would have had to sit through the night and all day Sunday Waiting for a flight 24 hours later for the next flight. Very bad service."

Cons: "The flight from Chicago to Fairbanks was a little better, but when it came time for me to use the restroom, the flight attendant was quite rude. I explained I had been waiting for the past 2 hours but she didn't seem to care. The seats were terribly uncomfortable."
Cons: "I was allowed only 1 bag to carry on when both my bag & purse would have clearly fit underneath the seat in front of me. Makes no sense. Also other airlines don't require you to check in at the counter if you're not checking a bag. Why would United want all passengers at their ticket counter or kiosk? Ridiculous!"

I use a wheelchair due to disability, so it's important to me to have someone take me from entrance to the gate and help getting on board. From the woman who helped me with getting me to the gate, the gate agent and flight attendants, I was very impressed with UA service today."

Brkfst was rushed in last hour before touch down. This was a real disappointment after an excellent flight from LAX to MEL! We can fly AA for such service at a lower price!"

Also, I had initially picked the last row to sit on, which was stated on my itinerary but when I printed my boarding pass, I got assigned middle of plane - which I did not understand nor complain about."

Cons: "I was flying from Pittsburgh to Chicago to Fairbanks. My flight from Pittsburgh was delayed. My connecting flight from Chicago to Fairbanks was in the very next gate. But as I exited my first flight, my connecting flight pulled away from the gate. I was extremely disappointed."
Cons: "The flight is delayed four hours. When I booked the ticket, I booked with air canada, and I was assigned to a UA flight. And They didn't allow me to change to a ealier one coz my flight is with UA."

Cons: "Every time the crew came by with something (more food, duty free, custom forms) (which seemed very regularly) it was announced over the intercom so it made sleeping very difficult on the 11 hour red eye flight. Other airlines will just walk by and catch your eye if you are awake. Seats were quite small as well."

Cons: "There was no seat available when I arrived so I had to wait outside the gate for a long time while the crew found one. There was a shortage of blankets. The food was not as palatable as I expected."
