I liked that the flight was nonstop from ORD to CIU for $200 round trip.

Boarding seemed to be organized bedlam. For what ever reason, preboarding took longer than 20 minutes. Made the plane 20 minutes late taking off. Luckily we arrived on time. Flight crew seemed very friendly. Only slight turbulence.

Boarding was a little difficult. The gate area at O'Hare was very small and crowded due to multiple gates in the area. Could not hear the intercom, so had to rely on signage to see when my group was boarding and the signage was blocked by passengers standing in the gate. Flight was great and we arrived in Montreal on time.

Stewardess spilled orange juice on my clothes/seat no help no apology just threw napkins at me to clean the mess up. Not Happy.

For the most part united was a good experience, how ever when they came by with the snacks and water, they completely passed by my wife and I. As we were in separate rows. On a 5 hr flight we were not offered water

The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence.

Awful. Worst airline I have ever been on. Crew were among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. United staff members were rude and disrespectful. My flight was delayed, causing me to miss a connecting flight. I understand things happen, but when staff start lying about what actually happened, that is when I have an issue. Just be honest, really it isn’t that hard. I’m being very honest with this review and I don’t find this difficult what so ever. In fact, because of United Airlines, my Christmas holiday was off to a really rocky start. As someone who has traveled across the world, it has only been United that I have had a truly awful experience.

My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.

boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.

Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.

Before final boarding, my husband and I — both seniors — were told that we could not bring our carry-on bags with us due to being in Zone 6. The staff took our bags with little explanation, stating it was policy. While we understand boarding procedures may vary by zone, the way we were spoken to was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. We felt disrespected and singled out, and the interaction left us deeply uncomfortable. As seniors, we expect to be treated with courtesy and dignity, especially during travel when accommodations and communication matter most. We hope you will look into this matter and ensure better training for staff in handling such situations with more empathy and professionalism.

This was an excellent experience for a very short flight.

We stood for a long time beyond the gate before any boarding occurred. Other than that, it was fine. It helped that it wasn't a full plane.

I think overall both Air Canada and Air New Zealand did a good job the their flights. It is nice to have movies, music, podcasts etc to watch for the long flights. Just wish the seats were wider and had a foot rest to change my leg positions during the trips.

Good flight, slightly cramped as the seats are very close together

Everything was made rather simple, so I appreciate that. All the people I dealt with from entering the airport in Jacksonville to my lonnnnnnng walk to my next gate in Chicago were excellent and very helpful.

I paid for a comfort class seat and was seated in economy.

Very good ! I would recommande it to my friend and family

Bad experience with Air Canada. Our first outbound flight was cancelled due to weather, but the airline rebooked us 2 full days later and basically told us it was our problem and to go away. Then a further onbound flight was delayed for 12 hours. The airline booked us a hotel, but the hotel was unable to transport all passengers in its shuttles (the airline of course didn’t provide any transportation or taxi vouchers), so we waited hours just to get to our hotel and get checked in. Finally, on the way back we had ANOTHER flight cancellation, and the airline wasn’t able to get us on another flight until late the following afternoon. All told we lost 3 days of our vacation (including nonrefundable hotel booking) and arrived home a day later than scheduled. I will never rely on Air Canada to get me where I’m going again.

The interior of the plane needs some serious dusting up. The ride itself was fine.
