Stewardess spilled orange juice on my clothes/seat no help no apology just threw napkins at me to clean the mess up. Not Happy.

My suitcase was destroyed. The top part where the handle is is completed broken. And unusable now.

Food and flight attendents with positive dispositions and friendly behavior, more professional attitudes

For the most part united was a good experience, how ever when they came by with the snacks and water, they completely passed by my wife and I. As we were in separate rows. On a 5 hr flight we were not offered water

The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence.

Awful. Worst airline I have ever been on. Crew were among the rudest people I have ever dealt with. United staff members were rude and disrespectful. My flight was delayed, causing me to miss a connecting flight. I understand things happen, but when staff start lying about what actually happened, that is when I have an issue. Just be honest, really it isn’t that hard. I’m being very honest with this review and I don’t find this difficult what so ever. In fact, because of United Airlines, my Christmas holiday was off to a really rocky start. As someone who has traveled across the world, it has only been United that I have had a truly awful experience.

For an 8.5 hour flight the service on board lacked a bit. Service start was slow, the food was worse than usual and they skipped the snack they were supposed to deliver before landing.

My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.

boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.

Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.

On the departing flight, the boarding agent requested that we check our carryon luggage as the plane is full. What I found unfair, the passengers behind us were permitted to bring their carryon luggage on board. Also interesting the bulkhead above our seats and for the entire section of the airplane were empty. This caused a delay in meeting our driver at Fimucino airport as we waited 30-45 min to pickup our luggage from the carousel.

Everything was made rather simple, so I appreciate that. All the people I dealt with from entering the airport in Jacksonville to my lonnnnnnng walk to my next gate in Chicago were excellent and very helpful.

I paid for a comfort class seat and was seated in economy.

Very friendly staff. Good seats on a quick flight. Right on time.

Very good ! I would recommande it to my friend and family

Bad experience with Air Canada. Our first outbound flight was cancelled due to weather, but the airline rebooked us 2 full days later and basically told us it was our problem and to go away. Then a further onbound flight was delayed for 12 hours. The airline booked us a hotel, but the hotel was unable to transport all passengers in its shuttles (the airline of course didn’t provide any transportation or taxi vouchers), so we waited hours just to get to our hotel and get checked in. Finally, on the way back we had ANOTHER flight cancellation, and the airline wasn’t able to get us on another flight until late the following afternoon. All told we lost 3 days of our vacation (including nonrefundable hotel booking) and arrived home a day later than scheduled. I will never rely on Air Canada to get me where I’m going again.

The interior of the plane needs some serious dusting up. The ride itself was fine.

All went extremely smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel season. This flight (when I took it) is a daytime flight (14:00 departure NZ time) so it was hard for me to sleep. Other carriers fly overnight (18:00 departure NZ time), which is much more conducive to sleeping. .

This was an Air New Zealand flight. All went very smoothly even during the busy Christmas travel period. Thank you!

Nice crew - very small plane and uncomfortable, with no entertainment options…
