Pros: "The Captain was well spoken and informative. The entire crew really seemed to care. They were so efficient. All of this happened in white-out conditions, on the Sunday after Thanksgiving—the busiest travel day in history! They were AWESOME. And the gate agents took advantage of 3 people who didn’t show to let my family sit together, which I really appreciated."

Cons: "Due to a two hour delay in customs we arrived at our departure gate 5min before boarding was supposed to close.... only to find out that our seats had been given away and there was no longer room for us on the airplane. The attendant offered little to no help and I was displeased with his service."
Pros: "The inflight enternet selection was great, totally enjoyed it. Crew service was good and kept us updated as we approached Charlotte."
Cons: "Gate C19 was hot and didn’t have adequate seating for passengers in the area"
Cons: "Missed my flight because they left before the scheduled time. I was there prior to the scheduled time and they had already left. Won’t fly American again...they said “we put it on your boarding pass that the doors close 10 minutes prior to the departure time”. Not on the electronic boarding pass I had on my phone. Who gets a paper boarding pass anymore?"

Cons: "The plane was delayed almost two hours and we had to deplane about a 3 minute walk to the airport in the rain. What I’ve come to expect from American Airlines unfortunately"
This was supposed a 10 hours and 15 minutes flight, however it turned out to be a 17 long hours journey. This kind of delay is unacceptable. Wasting so many our precious time, especially as a senior with some health issues like me any delay is a huge torture for me. A proper compensation is much appreciated. Thank you for listening.
Pilot crew did excellent…flight was great and landing and everything was rite on time n target. My seat was uncomfortable and narrow. Had no space to move around 16F.Plus nothing to entertain. Very uncomfortable plus all was serve for free was a cup a drink for the 4 hours n more flight. Compare to other airline that serve snacks with a drink. And your airline feee more expensive..but thank God we landed safely
Left the gate almost 2 hours late. Luggage was damaged and it was late in the evening and the line was so long to customer service, that we just left the airport.
A lot off people carry on real big suitcases. I wish the staff start enforcing the size of carry on
I COULD NOT GET ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE THE AIR CANADA CHECK-IN STAFF COULD NOT CHECK ME IN NEITHER COULD THEY DIRECT ME TO THE ALTERNATIVE CHECK-IN AIRLINE I DIDN'T FLY AND HAD TO REBOOK ANOTHER AIRLINE, PORTER FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. I NEED MY REFUND FOR THE RETURN LEG
Air Canada wants to get as much money out of you by forcing you to measure your carry on bags and even after it fit in they say "it should slide in and out so easily and yours did not". Shame.
Aisles are way to narrow. Seat cushions have lost all padding. Overhead storage was good. Seat numbers would be nice at the console area near the air flow for the plane we were on Could we not load the plane back to front.
I was told at customs in Toronto that us border was closed at 8:30 on a Saturday, preventing me from catching connecting flight from Toronto to Chicago. Not sure why they close that early, but why was Air Canada having a flight at 8:55 if they knew customs closes before that. The flight attendant assured me I had plenty of time at 8pm to make my flight. Also pearson international is sooo poorly organized and run. They kept saying someone from air Canada will be downstairs or at the end of the hall to help you with your connecting flight. But they weren’t there or had no idea how to help. Complete incompetence. Worst airport I’ve gone through. Poor signage and directions.
Crew were friendly and helpful. It would have been better if any of the flights were remotely close to being in time.
Pros: "I liked everything, Air Canada and Lufthansa did everything to facilitate travel for the passengers during these uneasy times. Everything is really well organized, on schedule, with outmost courtesy and effort"

Cons: "Don't get an attitude with calm passengers asking for assistance for their seatmates. Sometimes they wouldn't ask me what I wanted to eat or drink, they just assumed I already heard them ask other passengers and just waited for me to answer. It just seems lazy to me."
