Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.
Hour late but understandable under the conditions. Taoyuan airport could have clearer signs language wise and more staff to help direct people.
It was our first time flying with China Airlines and had a very nice experience. The airline staff & crews both on the ground and air were very nice. Food on the plane was very good. Will recommend it to family and friends.
I was ordered vegetarian food, but didn't services to me :(
All of the staff were very helpful, polite I was very satisfied with China Airlines The food was normal for airlines but I’m sure they could do better
Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.
Baggage made it successfully to destination despite short layover. Appreciate that.
Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.
For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.

Food was terrible , uncomfortable seats, WiFi did not work, will never fly Singapore again.
I felt that the whole experience went very smoothly. The aircraft was extremely clean and tidy on boarding. The cabin crew were beautifully turned out very, very efficient and were a credit to Singapore Airlines who are now my favourite carrier.
First time flying with Singapore airlines and I’ll give them two thumbs up 👍 👍
Crew and service excellent. 2 hour delay for takeoff. SQ app showed flight on time.
So happy I flew with Singapore Airlines. The customer service is top notch. I am terrified of flying and the staff made me feel so at ease. Will only fly Singapore internationally moving forward.

The premium economy seats were not that great. It could have been more premium than economy seats.
Sleep pods in SilverKris lounge are disappointing, showers are great though. Food decent, not amazing. Need more toilets in lounge ideally. Flight was good but service can be better.

Not up to their standard . After checking in my bag and having made a tight connection off NZ 29, they tried to bump me off the flight at the gate. In they end I argued myself onto the plane but my bag followed on a later plane. After over 24 hours of flying and despite being an Air NZ Platinum card holder being put in this position was unnaceptable
mechanical issue, so delayed take-off (hence the low boarding rating) and made a number of people miss their connecting flight. Also took a long time to get our checked baggage. I luckily made mine with 5 minutes to spare, but it was nerve-racking.
More comfortable seats. Even after an hour of travel, they are very hard to sit on. Enforce the amount of stuff that travellers can carry on. Some have up to three bags and take over other passengers' overhead locker space.
Crew members are so courteous and easy to talk to. My flight ticket was expensive from Chicago to Rotorua at $2800 usd. Everything else is very nice!

Needed more leg room. Leg rest and entertainment system box took up a lot of space and I'm not tall. Breakfast was good. Poor quality of the entertainment options.

A better selection of entertainment would have been nice. I found nothing that appealed to me as a middle-aged traveler. The flight attendants were gracious, helpful, and attentive. It also would have been nice to have more bathrooms as the flight was full and the plane was big.
They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?
Flights were delayed, Food was good but only 1 meal instead of 2.
Vast improvement needed in customer service. I couldn’t get the drink of my choice during both meals (i.e. sparking water and Diet Coke). I had used plastic cups falling onto me from the tray. No eye contact when they thank you on the way out signalling an insincere thank you.
The IFE is quite unconvenient if using our own device. Not all passenger brought their own earphone/headphone.

Flight from Shanghai to Kuala Luumpur delay byy 3.5hrs with no real explanation.
Cabin crew as always are leaps and bounds the crowning glory of MH. Friendliness and natural warmth are such incredible traits. Food was very good on this flight also; and flexibility in meal time to accomodate rest was a plus point. Early arrival and landing as the first morning inbound at T4 LHR meant I was off the plane and in the queue for an Uber in less than 15 minutes!
I had purchased extra leg room for all legs of the flight but due to a delay in leaving Perth I was put on another flight but with Emirates. My luggage was initially lost but later found and my suitcase was broken. I ended up losing my upgrades
Prompt and efficient boarding. New MH-awards streaming worked first time on my personal device.
