Crew is phenomenal. Helpful with anything you may need. Lots of entertainment options. Food was good. On time, no complaints.

Cons: "I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"

Cons: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 1 hour. we get on plane. then an announcement that in previous flight plane hit a bird so they needed to dissemble the plane. we got off plane at 11:26 pm. waited there. received a text announcement it would leave now at 2 am. the staff on site did not announce this information till 12:45 am. we waited and then got good news flight was going to take off. not in a logical way the plane took off all our luggage off the plane. and then could not add our luggage back on to the plane because tsa was now closed. so paperwork for getting luggage was poorly committed. not bright people. I hope my luggage arrives like they say a day later."

Cons: "Not much to dislike. I just was a little bothered by the fact that I had purposely chosen to have my boarding pass be digital (to save the environment), but to do this you have to check in online. As a result, they can't verify your passport (something they need to do in person). So when I got to the gate they had to check my passport and then made me use a new, printed boarding pass. Not a huge deal, but just something that bothered me."

Short transfer time in Sydney and ground staff were excellent in assisting in clearing through a chaotic transfer security checking.
Polite staff but incompetent staff. They changed my window seat to isle seat and then lied saying the seat was broken, yet I see someone else sitting there! They lost my luggage. Their standards have dropped a lot compared to pre-pandemic.
New month and no new movies. Qantas has lost the plot
Cons: "Love that they fly an a380 into christchurch - a bit overkill but was told it is cheaper to overnight the plane in christchurch vs Sydney or Melbourne"
Cons: "I got pulled aside and delayed my boarding because someone wanted to switch my seat. WHY do I have to be delayed for this? I felt it was very poor customer service. I. You can just print a list and ask at the aircraft's entrance."
