This is not enough time, doesn’t allow for customs and immigration. It was a really stressful experience running between terminals with my luggage, as there was less than a 1 hour window after getting through customs and immigration, so the bag drop at international wouldn’t accept them. Got to departure gate 12 minutes before plane departure. You need more time to have a good experience !"

We phoned the booing site, we phoned Virgin, we were put on hold for 25 mins while the booking site phoned Virgin - but Virgin refused to help us out! My husband was not able to board the flight - no refund, no help - and the sad part was, it wasn't for a holiday - it was to visit and help his 87yr old father-in-law who had fallen and cracked his spine. No sympathy from Virgin, VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

Called to fix the issue, but the man on the phone put me on hold for almost an hour! Only to accidentally put my partner and I in different rows. When I complained at the lack of professionalism from him over the phone, he offered some sort of compensation. When I agreed, he transferred me to his supervisor who said they do not compensate in any form! So why offer it then?! I then called the reservation department like I was told to, and they said they would look into the issue and call me back. This was about a month or two before my flight, and even though it's been a week after my flight, I have yet to get that call I was promised (nor the compensation). WORST PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! As for the flight, my only complaints are the messy boarding process and the uncomfortable seats in economy. Although you can't really expect more from old planes such as these."

MOST IMPORTANTLY, I sadly left my laptop onboard and I called the number for SFO BA Lost and Found for 48 hours....every 20 minutes. NO ONE answered and no one returned my messages. I finally had to drive back to the airport to talk to a human....a 5 hr round trip. No laptop turned in and it didn't turn back up in London. So clearly, cleaning crew stole it. That in its own right is a problem but NO ONE returning my calls. Completely unacceptable. I got the duty manager's email and emailed him TWICE over TWO days before he returned my email. I highly doubt I will fly BA again, I'm afraid."

Drinks were served almost immediately but it was close to 23:30 before a meal was served and 00:30 before this was cleared away. Lights were then dimmed but at 05:00 breakfast was served. A cottage cheese bagel was the last thing I wanted to see and when we asked for some water, we were told that there was none available. We landed at 06:25 but then had to sit on the tarmac for 15-20 minutes as there were no vacant gates for us. (This had the effect of increasing the parking fee for the driver waiting to pick us up, as he was not aware that we were sitting on the tarmac). Please note all times are New Orleans times. Hence actual time of landing was 12:25 BST. And talking of New Orleans, I would not class this as an International Airport. It is dilapidated, inefficient and lacking facilities."

Cons: "Each rep we spoke to said they couldnt help us and to just open a support ticket online.. Kept telling us they dont have a customer service team who can help us and its only available online."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled because I missed the first half of a round-trip flight, even though I phoned several times to explain that I still wanted to use the return trip. This practice seems almost criminal. I paid for the flight, I should have been able to use it."
Pros: "We flew on an enormous double-decker Airbus that was equipped with an entertainment system that offered dozens of movies, TV shows, and other entertainment to keep the entire family occupied for the length of the flight. We could also charge our phones and other electronic devices from our seats. The flight attendants were all very nice and the food was fine. The distance between the rows in coach was comfortable, even for a 6' tall person. It was a great flight!"
Cons: "One of our bags did not make the connecting flight from Rome but it was delivered to our house the next day, so in the end it was fine!"
Pros: "Excellent service by crew. Attention to meeting everyone's needs. Was impressed with their discreet yet efficient assistance to an individual who became ill on board. Was really impressed by this."
Cons: "Drink choices , including champagne, were great. Food however, while improved since our last experience, was mediocre ."
Cons: "My flight was delayed at the last minute and had to sit in the Heathrow Airport for 4-5 hours and remain seated another 7-8 hours once finally boarding at another gate opposite other end of airport. Upon arrival to Dulles International and clearing customs/immigrations and finally making it out to claim my baggage my luggage was deemed lost and never made the flight to Dulles. To this day, I still do not have my luggage with my belongings containing Rx, clothing, shoes, souvineers, etc. Needless to say, I am very upset let alone extremely inconvienced."
