Cons: "This is the second time I have flown the AirBus 380. If you can make sure that you fly this airplane. Even in coach, there is ample leg room and comfort. The flight crew was very attentive and prompt in their service to passengers."

Cons: "There was a nosiey family setting behind us they bothered us an the ppl around us the little kid was very hyper and loud un polite and the father him self is very rough when getting up an setting as he would grap the chair very hard and he would move and kick alot we complained to the crew but he didn’t stop and the noise and bothering was there the whole flight, the captain of the flight felt like he isnt a professional as the plain was moving in unstable way on a high speed and uncomfortable degree where we felt unsafe at a point, the flight was Delayed one hour so as the time we took of we reach to dubai an hour late and had just around 50 min to get to the connected flight we had to run and we couldn’t rest or take a look at the airport our waiting time was 1:50 min because of the delay we had to run for the next flight, i think that Emirates airlines should stop dealing with Flydubai crew as they aren’t as professional and they are effecting in a bad way, i have traveled many times with Emirates and this is the first time i dont feel satisfied, next time ill make sure the flight isnt oprated by Flydubai they crew and captain is not in the professional level at all."
Pros: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Cons: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."
Pros: "Obviously Biz Class is a great proposition for a flight of this length and once again the experience was a good one. Staff are always friendly and very attentive."
Cons: "We are not big eaters but when you leave at 10am then a lunch and breakfast is a bit of a stretch and even with light snack options we found ourselves hungry. Breakfast was not too flash"

Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"

Super, as we were traveling with a toddler and he was able to sit on the floor in front of us and play with his toys. Food came out promptly and was tasty. Loved the goodies for the kids, little blanket and scotch pad."

Cons: "How one of your crew member expressed herself to another crew member regarding the passenger next to me. just because he asked her what type of vegetable were in the eggs. Your crew member was very inconsiderate. All she had to do was answer the question and not make any other comment to her co-worker (Joyanne) about how she wish they (meaning ) passengers would read the menu. I was very disappointed about her comment. Even worst, to see how inconsiderate she was and how she did not even considered if this gentleman could read, or did not have his eyewear. I believe her comment was unnecessary and inappropriate at the time. I could not quite get her name, but she does not need to deal with the public."
Pros: "Check-in was efficient and staff were extremely helpful. Flight itself was comfortable, food was actually tasty, and in-flight entertainment was great. Overall an amazing experience compared to US carriers."

Cons: "It is ridiculous to have elderly passengers made to carry heavy luggage up and down multiple steep stairways. This happened in Dublin, Edinburgh and of all places, Heathrow was the worst. There is no excuse not to have level walkways and Entrances to these large planes. Totally unacceptable given the prices we pay to travel."

Cons: "The food was terrible. Indian curry/ pasta and pizza. It was so cold in the plane that everybody had to wear something on their heads. The AC was blowing on my head for 11 hours. I have headaches, my sinuses heart and the food made me nauseous. It was impossible to sleep because of the low temperature."

Cons: "We missed our connection and british had booked us automatically on the next available flight which was helpful. However--- we paid to pick our seats and we got stuck in both middle seats. I also got skipped on the first round of beverage service. The entire crew was congregated in the middle part and when they finally made their way back to the cabin for trash I asked the flight attendant if I could please get a beverage as I was skipped. He said yes let me gather this trash and ill be back. He never returned. Then everyone was served their meals and I then was also skipped. Flight crew congregated again in the middle and my sister and I had to wave our hands up in the air to grab anyone's attention so I could get my meal. At that point they were out of the vegetarian option and I got a small oh we didn't mean to skip you comment. Pretty disappointed with this flight."

Repeated attempts to take my wheelie bag and put it in stowage (after repeatedly explaining that there was both computer and sound recording equipment in said wheelie bag). The crew didn’t get the safety demonstration correct. All a bit amateurish and I expect more from BA."

She had to get up and walk around to get some air. The seats are too close on this 747 that no one should have to fly it. ."

Cons: "Method of boarding, with a mass of economy passengers boarding st once at the end. I NEVER get my preferred seat (= window), and object to being charged extra to select a seat (unlike other airlines I use more frequently nowadays). Crowded economy section, with little legroom, passengers squashing bags at feet, etc."
Cons: "The entire flight was boarded before the crew determined the engine would not start. We sat on the plane without AC in Chicago for nearly 3 hours. Ultimately the flight was delayed overnight causing me to lose an entire day of vacation in Italy."

Cons: "The passenger in front of me reclined so far, he was basically on my lap. It made it difficult to see the screen and eat dinner, which was subpar. The person behind me kept poking me in the back. I couldn't figure out how or why. I could've used more arm rest as both people on either side of me took the arm rest. So basically I was surrounded on all sides by inconsiderate people, who were probably as cramped as I was."

Cons: "The transfer flight was a disaster - see above. We dragged a car seat to the plane and dropped it off before we boarded. Upon landing, there was no car seat to be found. We were told to go to baggage as it would be there. We waited for over an hour for it to come through and it never did. Again no ground staff available to assist. Airport security advised to go BA office. They located the car seat in London. It never made the flight?! We arrived Wed and the car seat wasn't delivered until Friday. Again, no contact from anyone. I received a call from the courier when I was out. Overall, atrocious customer service from BA"

When we said we'd been waiting they called us liars and forced us out of the line. We had to stay in Paris 2 more days."

Cons: "A lot of stress: our 1st leg IAD to Dublin was cancelled, than we got 2 set of tickets rebooked. On the way back there was a stress since we had a "problem with the ticket" Apparently the Aer Lingus made all those mistakes. In London I was told to go to the end of line 2 times, the BA employee was olaying really weird games. Pretty annoying."
