Pros: "Friendly quality staff, good aircraft."
Pros: "Entertainment is epic. Speed to get luggage and depart airport was excellent."
Cons: "Boarding crew had difficulty pronouncing "B" and "D", this caused some confusion. If they had said "B for Bravo", and "D for David", it would have helped them a lot."

Cons: "I paid extra to have an exit row for this long flight. Just before taxiing a man moved seats into the exit row seat next to me (not paying for it like I had) and was intrusive and sprawling out over into my space the entire very long flight. I am extremely unhappy about this and the willingness to allow him to move seats that I had to pay extra for and then left me zero comfort on the flight."

Cons: "Flight crew was horrible. They rarely picked up Trash and I had my call button on for 2 hrs before someone actually responded just for something to drink. They also continually bumped into everyone walking down the aisle as well as hit people with the food carts. They definitely need a lot more training. Not happy at all."

Cons: "Before the plan even took off for our 14+ hour flight I could tell the seat was uncomfortable, and it was going to be an issue. I don't know why this would be overlooked, as everything else was best in class, but it made for a fairly uncomfortable experience."

Cons: "Both flights to Athens and returning to New York were very delayed. As a result, passengers were annoyed and staff members looked obviously stressed as well. On the whole my impression is that this airline keeps up appearances very well but is in fact somewhat disorganized."
Cons: "Poor service, host lied when queried on arrival documentation to avoid doing anything. Second person we asked was helpful and answered immediately. Plane was two hours late with no explanation or communication. I did not expect such a poor level of service and it my worst experience with emerits."

I am quite sure I am entitled to bring whatever I want as long as it's legal . But there's lots of corruption and they will mess up your reputation. But at the end of the day they want me to bribe them. I was Really upset."

Cons: "29 passengers were arriving in JFK from MSP, a flight that was delayed due to ground staff issues at JFK (which means that Emirates' partner airline had some issues?). Plane was delayed but we landed just in time to make the connection or so we thought. After running through the terminal, we saw our plane attached to the gate for 53 minutes(I have pictures to show) but Emirates gate staff said the flight is now closed, and didn't let us board the flight. They didn't help us rebook our next flight, or pay for hotel or transportation. And some of us couldn't fly for 2 days because they were overbooked on their future flights. And that's what really happened - Emirates was overbooked for our flight, and conveniently used the excuse that they didn't know our flight had landed in JFK (seriously), and their ground staff was totally non challent about it. They asked us to call the partner airline to rebook, who instead asked us to call Emirates. 4-6 hours of calling for most of us in the middle of the night. Emirates has social media presence on Twitter & Facebook but it's like chatting with a wall. Its 100% useless and waste of time, and I have asked them where I can send my complaint but they won't respond."

Cons: "Food options for AVML or VML pretty sad for options , taste and service too. even after ordering AVML all across the cabin crew was going thru major issues with finding the food for me for AVML food got served after they served everyone on the flight. lot of effort made by the crew but cant blame them for it. Indian food / Vegetarian meal / Asian vegetarian Meal options are varied and can be filtered to basic but classic food options that can make not just me but there are lot of people like me have a good experience with food. even the fruit platter ordered was not appealing."

Cons: "In my flight from Milan (MXP) to New York (JFK), I had a seat on 63C (aisle seat). A woman seating on my sided asked me to change my seat with her son who was on 74F (middle seat). I said no, because it would be a seat several rows back an in the middle. I had paid more to have the aisle seat, so it did not make any sense to change to a middle seat. However, some minutes later, an Emirates employee asked me again if I could change the seats. He created such an awkward situation, that it was impossible to do not change to the other seat. I tried to argument that he was giving me no other option, but to accept the change. In summary, I had a good seat due to the higher fee that I had paid, but I was transferred to the back in a middle seat. I thought Emirates was a serious company. As I told their employee, I do not plain to fly with them anymore."
Cons: "No one weighted my cabin bag while checking in. Before the security control, Emirates ground staff stopped me and weighted my cabin bag that was 8.4, around a kg extra. They didn't allow me boarding until I threw 4 shirts to the garbage and I reduced the weight. Staff was just unbelievably rude."
Pros: "The in-flight service, food, drink, and entertainment were excellent. If my ticket didn't say that I was on the airplane for more than 9 hours, I never would've guessed it. Flying at its best."

Pros: "Emirates is truly like no other airline, they cater to your every need and genuinely care about servicing you and your satisfaction. The crew is exceptionally friendly and pleasant. They do not charge you for every single thing like other airlines do. The food is restaurant qualify food and very filling. The in-flight entertainment channels are numerous and will not leave you wondering what to watch. I wish there were more legroom, but overall, an excellent airline that I would definitely fly again."
