Even the seatback pockets are better with multiple pockets including one that fits most mobile phones. The windows turn tinted blue instead of drawing shades down—what?!"

I am usually very quite and light on demands as i hardly hit call button on the seat to get any assistance, but during meal, I was asked about drink and I opted for Ginger ale. Crew said, she will get back to me and I did not hear from her for another 10 mins, then there was repeat serve of drinks and I was asked if i needed any thing and asked the same drink, but then I was asked to wait. After I had finished off my meal and ready to go to sleep, someone was bringing my drink out and I then respectfully say no to it as it was bit late after the meal and asked for water instead and did not like the look on the face of the crew member. I saw it happening with other passengers as well and was under the impression, the whole crew performance was pretty poor and SIA was not up to its high-standards as I always like to fly with them. I will look for different option next time"

So I asked the staff for paracetamol when I reach to cabin. She response me very first with medicine and a cup of water . Pros: "Delayed flight from Shanghai due to air traffic issues, so I had a 10 minute window to make my connection in Singapore. Ground staff was waiting for me with a small car after I disembarked to drive me to the gate. And I somehow made my connection. Excellent service. Obviously my checked bag didn't make it, but I was told in advance and was kept updated before boarding and immediate after I disembarked at my final destination. When I went to the baggage service counter, they were already ready for me, had filled out my paperwork, and just needed an address to confirm the delivery of my suitcase. I'm super impressed to this attention to detail."

Why can't USA folks and TSA figure this out? Updates from flight deck were good and pilot seemed to avoid some expected turbulence. Cabin crew friendly, competent, helpful. Food was very good, nice touch with comp wine. Entertainment options were many and good variety. Hope to fly ANZ again someday."

Cons: "Missed the flight because of a very late connection. Air New Zealand and Virgin Australia kept handing me off to each other since it was booked as virgin Australia but on an air New Zealand flight. Neither wanted to help at first. Finally virgin Australia ticket agent took pity and helped me rebook for the next day. This was after I was told by air New Zealand that I had to call the booking number for virgin Australia. I’m traveling from the US and didn’t have a cell phone that worked in Australia... which I explained and asked how I could call the number without a phone. Was promptly told to go over to Virgin Australia ticket counter where I made the one remaining agent who was closing the desks help me. However the airport lost my luggage and could not find where it was. I ended up spending three hours in the airport and still no luggage with the baggage company saying they have no record of it anywhere. Very frustrating trip."

Crew was pleasant enough during the flight, although they didn't greet half of the passengers entering or exiting the plane."

Maybe their announcement system was down."

But those seats were sold out long before we even got to LA! I contacted American Airlines Customer Relations about 1 month prior to my flight. I completed their online form detailing the problem and asked if there is any way I could buy extra leg room seats. But they never even bothered to respond. I got the automated email acknowledging receipt of my complaint and assuring me I would be contacted soon. NOT!!"
Pros: "The Boeing 787 from LAX to Auckland was noticeably more comfortable than the Airbus 321 I flew to LAX to start the trip. Food was actually good!"
Cons: "For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation."

They asked if they could have my middle seat so they could sit together - hurray! After that, the person in the aisle seat next to my husband was willing to swap her aisle seat for my new-found aisle seat. But on long flights, greater efforts should be made to seat couples together."

Pros: "I was extremely late getting to the airport due to traffic accidents. The crew held the door open for me after security let them know I was there. I am truly thankfull!"

Cons: "I had requested a special meal. Due to a date change in my travel, United messed up transferring over the special meal request. The "International Services Manager" offered a lip-service sorry. The audio output was intermittent. The phrase "friendly skies" has to be re-worded for United."

Cons: "Arriving in houston and having to walk in the rain on the tarmac, having a 3 hour lay over, Houston is in the opposite direction of florida from louisiana."

Pros: "Crew members were very helpful to my mum who was a disabled wheelchair passenger while on flight."
Cons: "After my mum reached her destination she was assisted outside of the plane and made her sit outside for more then 1 and 1/2 hour. She kept on asking for help as she was a wheelchair passenger but was no response. Finally after she called another passenger to go and ask for help for her somebody who was apparently on a higher position came and assisted my mum. Very very disappointed for the way she was handled as a wheelchair passenger. I had specifically called and had spoken about her attendance and was assured that she would be in good hands. Totally disappointed with the service."

Cons: "Free in-flight entertainment should be offered on all flights of 2+ hours through the United app. Had a family with young kids next to me who would have benefited from it (I saw the father trying to connect to it through the app), and overall it would make the flight a much more pleasant experience. After boarding a full hour later than what was originally said, it would have been nice to kick back with a movie for the flight."

Cons: "I arrived in Mexico on Monday, and I've yet to receive my luggage. The representatives keep reassuring me that my luggage is still in Houston and that it will be on the next flight. This is such an overwhelming experience because I don't know what is really going on."
Pros: "All but one crew member were very friendly and energetic. The movie selection was great."
Cons: "The plane did not have modern amenities, like a phone charger. No free Wifi. The seats were old, so the cushions were lifeless and uncomfortable. Leg room was pitiful."
