I have an Alaska Air credit card and one of the selling points was to board earlier, but that has not been the case, as they reserve this for their higher level customers, whatever that means. Also, on this flight, I was very unimpressed with the crew, there was a younger African American man, who was particularly unfriendly, he clearly needs remedial training in customer service. I was disappointed with my experience this time as I have mostly found the crews to be very professional."

The seat was also super uncomfortable and the back of the cushion was rolling forward, which made it hard to sit for that long. we also didn’t have a gate when we landed so that added on an extra 30minutes. I flew Jet Blue on my return flight from LA to Boston to attend our son’s USC graduation. The flight from Boston to LA was on an American Airlines flight. The seats were super narrow with very cramped leg room. To add insult to discomfort , I learned just after take off on the American flight to LA that our dogs got loose at home and the person caring for them was frantic. I had to purchase in flight WIFI ($16/ hour $18 for the entire flight) to attend to the Lost dog issue (hugely stressful) only to learn after the flight that $300 worth of fraudulent charges occurred during the flight that my bank’s fraud department claims occurred as a result of entering my card information to purchase the internet access. That depleted the majority of our travel budget. (We live paycheck to paycheck and had pinched & saved to be able attend this special event) I was so apprehensive on the returning flight and can’t describe my relief to learn the WIFI was free. My fears dissolved as did my aching head and back as I settled into a wonderfully comfortable seat with far more leg room than my prior flight. Thanks Key Blue! You have a fan for life!!"

Cons: "First, the departure terminal didn't show up on the reader boards until it was almost time to go, so I had to sprint down to our gate. Then, they boarded by zones, but I had no idea what zone I was supposed to be in and it was nowhere on my ticket. Anywhere. Then, when I finally decided to go try to board, they wouldn't let me because they said I didn't have a return ticket. In fact, I had proof of onward travel in three different forms. But they insisted that I had to have a flight as proof of leaving Guatemala and assured me that customs would prevent me from entering. They also said I had 5 minutes to book something or I would miss the flight. No one ever paged me to discuss this prior to departure! And do you know how much Guatemala asked about my onward travel? Zero. Nada. In the fluster of buying an almost $400 ticket, I clicked to book through a third party that doesn't allow refunds. Fortunately, after I landed I called them right away to cancel and managed to make it happen since the ticket hadn't been issued, but if I had failed at that it would have been at least $130 when all was said and done. Ride was uncomfortable, flight attendants we're rude and impatient, and I was ignored for food service."

Cons: "The boarding process at LAX was awful. I’m sure the horrible shuttle wait and transfer from terminal to terminal is the airport’s fault, but the airline did not do anywhere near enough to inform passengers of what was in store. It was confusing and annoying."
Cons: "Delta delayed the flight from LAX to SLC, which subsequently made me miss the connecting flight from SLC to ORD. Completely unacceptable"

Cons: "Everything. No instructions, no pens or pencils, ignorant staff. Got to Cancun and waited 2 hours with no directions to just go they immagration. The forms were in Spanish and the staff could not translate. I’ll never fly Delta again."

They were super friendly, efficient, thorough, assited the elderly on the flight, and continuously cleaned the cabin. they helped people organize the bags in overhead ducts and always had a smile. They should be the standard for service on all flights. Excellent job."

We were running late and a bit confused, both of the ladies helped us with the whole process, re-assured is that all will be well. They did so with a great genuine attitude. Also, my seat was is row 16 and was called a “premium” seat and I was charged an extra $24 for it. I did not find it any different than all the seats around me. What was the extra charge for?"

Ten days prior to the flight I called AeroMexico to cancel and they said there would be a cancellation penalty, which was fine. When I tried to redeem my credit, they said there was also an additional "No-show fee" even though I called to cancel 10 days prior, which left a total of $70 credit after all their penalties. I called and emailed to complain but they did nothing but pass me to someone else who was equally unhelpful. I will never fly AeroMexico for any reason in the future."

I had purchased my ticket with 2 checked bags allowance only to go to the airport and pay 235 because apparently I didn't!. And I had called not once but SEVERAL times to confirm that I had that 2 checked bags allowance. Furthermore, they told me I would have to wait for my bags and transfer them to the connection band, but guess what? I waited an entire hour for my bags only to be told my an airport employee not even a Aeromexico one, that most likely my bags already went to their destiny. My flight was in 1 hour from then and I almost lost it thanks to them giving incorrect information to their customers."

Along with several passengers we missed our connecting flights and basically lost an entire day of vacation rebooking a flight later in the day. At one point before boarding, asked if we could be put on another flight and reimbursed and could not get a straight answer. Big part of the delay was luggage being sorted out to remove the bags of passengers they oversold flights too. It's been one of the longest days ever."
Pros: "I wish I could post pictures of the broken magazine holder in front of my seat and the tangled seat belt that I could barely tie. Anyone heavier than me would not be able to buckle up on that seat. It was also VERY cold. The people around me were all covered up in heavy jackets and hats. When I mentioned this to the crew,they treated me with disdain and she said they could do nothing. What a shame, this used to be a great airline."
