Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Pros: "I didnt go because the name in ticket was for person i book for him last time and i couldnt change the name with my name"
Cons: "Better inflight entertainment"
Pros: "The food was amazing. The entertainment selection was borderline ridiculous—nearly too many choices!"
Cons: "The plane was too hot during boarding and again right before landing. It was really hot in Dubai so I understand why it was hot initially, but unsure why it became warm before landing."
Pros: "The tv shows and the games for the kids the monitor was large and they didn’t need an ipad to calm down"
Cons: "The food , i had better food in the Lufthansa they had jam butter pancakes and mostly a fluffy chewy piece of bread , also both choices were eggs one with cheese one with out !! Why not eggs or pancakes or maybe french toast or something arabic like flafel fool , also the dessert was dates! Not nice"
Pros: "Checking-in was super simple, and speedy. All the staff I had contact with were very polite and professional"
Cons: "I had exhausted the entertainment system before I finished my first leg of the outbound journey."
Cons: "The boarding could have been better."
Cons: "Good flight."
Cons: "Seats not comfortable Service was not good"
Pros: "I had a fast and easy check-in at Denpasar airport. In flight service by cabin crew was very good, as I normally get in the business class at Emirates. Flight left Denpasar on time and arrived in Auckland some 30 mins early, which was nice. Enjoyed a late dinner - the mie goreng ayam was particularly tasty!"
Cons: "In the past on overnight flights Emirates I have received a pyjama set in the Business Class, which made it very comfortable to sleep. But this time this was not given, so I had to sleep in my day-wear, which was a bit uncomformtable."
Pros: "Obviously Biz Class is a great proposition for a flight of this length and once again the experience was a good one. Staff are always friendly and very attentive."
Cons: "We are not big eaters but when you leave at 10am then a lunch and breakfast is a bit of a stretch and even with light snack options we found ourselves hungry. Breakfast was not too flash"
Pros: "The crews"
Cons: "The wifi is bad the food is bad im in business class"
Cons: "About 30 of us waitined about 20 minutes for the bus to transfer from plane to terminal . I only had 35 minutes to get to my gate for my transfer to Glasgow . No chance for anything to eat . Not happy ."
Pros: "All of the above"
Cons: "Nothing that i didn't like"
Pros: "The departure and return flight time, for the price I paid, I felt like I was in more than an economy flight. The meal, the baggage quota, the entertainment. The time flew because by the time the movie had finished, we were starting to descend. I will always look for this flight with Emirates. There is no other flight in comparison, in what you get for your Buck. I believe that other Airlines, ie., Qantas, Virgin Aust, both give you a flight and service, for nearly the same fare but you only get 7kg luggage, no meal just the basic entitlement, tea/coffe/water with a biscuit or something like that and NO ENTERTAINMENT, NO COMPARISON!!!!"
Pros: "Nothing special in this trip."
Cons: "Flight delayed so much, food was okay, fork"
Pros: "Footrest would be good for a long haul flight."

Pros: "The plane was spacious and we had really good seats , next to the toilet and wall in front of us. Super, as we were traveling with a toddler and he was able to sit on the floor in front of us and play with his toys. Food came out promptly and was tasty. Loved the goodies for the kids, little blanket and scotch pad."
Cons: "The delay in boarding! It’s hard work when traveling with a toddler."
Pros: "The service, food and boarding were all excellent. It brought back the joy of flying like what used to know in the 80s."
Pros: "The food was good and the service was great. I also had a great seat in the front row."
