Complimentary high-quality Wi-Fi throughout the journey was a welcome luxury, especially on a long-haul flight. The vegetarian meals were thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and served with attention to detail, along with a fine selection of snacks and beverages. What truly elevated the experience was the cabin crew — graceful, courteous, and genuinely attentive, delivering outstanding hospitality at every step. The boarding experience did not follow the Zones that were listed on the boarding passes. This was a two-level aircraft with many passengers. Because zones were not called out by the airline staff, there was simply a mob trying to board and it was not a pleasant experience.

Flight departed punctually on time. Unfortunately it seems because the destination airport is a secondary airport the airline sees it fit to operate a plane with lower comfort and offerings. There was no inflight entertainment, wifi or let alone a screen to at least track flight status for remaining flight time.

You are the best, keep up the good work. Thank you for allowing me and my family to fly with comfort.i am waiting for upgrade some day. Thanks again

I wish I knew in advance that the connecting flight was by indigo air

It was little disheartening and disappointing. Although flight staff did a good job. But customer service didn’t do anything to resolve my issue.

My baggage is lost. Flight cancelled, Rebooked ticket through long routes. Mental stress, emotional hurt

It was ok, not much more can be said, as long as airlines/aircraft manufacturers insist on cramming in as many seats as possible....best of a bad situations, seats are simply too uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few hours. Lack of flexible headrests not a help on long overnight flights either.

Seats very small and unable to pre purchase internet or seat upgrades

I was denied lounge facility at airport. Explanation was not satisfactory.
